► About:
Born in Dunaújváros, Hungary, Curtiss has been living in Switzerland for 12 years with his wife and two children. His musical career began in 2009 in Dunaújváros, where he played a significant role in the city's biggest house parties for years. He has performed in numerous bars and clubs across Hungary and Switzerland. In 2016, he launched his online radio show "Bekool," which features subtle, soft deep house beats. His musical style encompasses organic house, deep house, chill & lounge, and occasionally tech house and deep tech.

"Bekool" was a radio show from early 2016 until November 2018, and it transitioned into a podcast in early 2019, continuing to grow its audience daily. Since August 2021, the project has evolved into a record label known as Bekool Records (@bekoolrecords).

Bekool Records originated as the Bekool Radio Show, which ran from 2016 to 2018, before evolving into a podcast in 2019. 

With a growing audience and a passion for discovering new music, the project took a major step forward in August 2021, becoming Bekool Records under the direction of its founder, Curtiss. The label is dedicated to highlighting up-and-coming producers alongside talented but lesser-known artists. 

Curtiss's vision for Bekool Records is to create a platform where innovative sounds meet the refined tastes of discerning music lovers, continuing the legacy of curation and discovery that began with the radio show.

Klangextase describes not only an intense musical - electronic enjoyment, but as well a story. A story that started with friends who met a many years ago to produce electronic music and mixes together. The first joint sets were soon published online as a live stream, followed by sets of friends and acquaintances. The community grew over the years, as well did the number of different artists and their podcasts and tracks. Soon as well international artists enriched the Klangextase family. However - without the invention of the MP3 format in 1982, this story would not have been possible, this is the reason why this date belongs to Klangextase since the early beginning.

Til today, Klangextase represents the diversity of artists and their enthusiasm for electronic music. We are an international platform of enthusiasts for qualitative productions and sets, whose history we would like to tell.
