The track Over the Rainbow (JDTenku Remix) is featured on Cutsigh’s album Pipedreams.
Inspired by guitar legend Les Paul’s masterpiece Mockingbird, this remix is restructured with a unique interpretation.
The beat is built using drum samples from Shige, the drummer of Cro-Magnon (now playing as Gemini), sourced from the vast archive of recordings stored at BIWA Studio.

Jody Tenku has also been
prolific. He orchestrated TENGAKU DUB,
a gang of multi-talented recording artists.
It is often regarded as an heir to the genes
of AUDIO ACTIVE. As a guitarist, he
founded THE FACTORS with a female
vocalist Saki. They released four albums
and an EP and performed at festivals such
as Fuji Rock Festival and Burning Man.
The EP titled LINDO was produced by
Kenji Jammer (Simply Red) and K.U.D.O
(Major Force). Jody is also recording and
mixing engineer as well as the proprietor
of BIWA STUDIO which he inherited in
2003 after the death of his father, Fumio
Miyashita, who was a pioneer in the
ambient music scene in Japan and in
recent years regained international
attention through Light in The Attic release
of KANKYO ONGAKU. Jody’s talent and
skills are evident through large catalogue
of work as well as the numerous artists
who enjoy recording at the studio.
