BRAWLcast 400 : Warlock - 3/1 On The Late Runner

Every good rivethead loves a bit of The Prodigy and/or techno in general, but I doubt I'm the only one who always felt a bit of frustration with this track. That acid bassline is so dark and vicious, I can't be the only one who always wished that the beat was a crushing EBM-style 4/4 rather than breaks. Well, if you want something done right...

Archie Hubbs (Japanese: 犬飼ヒトシ Inukai Hitoshi) is a man with a beard who wears a black beanie. Archie runs and commentates contests with Ted Rumsworth. During contests, he usually makes witty jokes, only to have Ted take them seriously and continue with the show. He is at the Archie Level as a trainer.

Ted Rumsworth (Japanese: 鈴木ハジメ Suzuki Hajime) is a character in the Nintendogs series. Ted runs dog contests as the announcer, along with his associate Archie Hubbs. He usually asks Archie questions about the player's dogs and often responds lightly to Archie's witty comments.

Shopping

A deep cut from the classic 90's industrial techno opus, I always felt the track could have been a bit peppier, and that criminally underused chorus featured more. The deep dub bass is still there, as is the menacingly chill vibe, it's just (say it with me now) updated for the modern dancefloor.
