Daniel Blade is next up on the unstoppable 7Rituals label with his fantastic new Reverse And Check The Action EP.

Daniel Blade is one of Malta's most prolific artists and promoters. His influence on the local scene is huge with his Yakuza Parties and he has also made his mark on the international underground with his standout sets and epic productions.

Reverse And Check The Action is a mid tempo groove that is packed with detail. The underlapping bassline, the shimmering chords, and the menacing spoken words all bring drama and adventure to a stylish and progressive sound. Gardenia then focuses on lush synth designs - melodies that run down the face of an elegant groove with serene pads adding to the immersive atmosphere.

Both of these tracks are perfect dance floor escapes from Daniel Blade.

Played a sunset set at Gitano Beach in Tulum, starting with just a few people but ending with an incredible vibe. It wasn’t exactly what I usually play, but I really enjoyed mixing deep, afro, and house—exactly the kind of sound you’d expect from a high-end beach club like Gitano
