DAO, Inmuebles y Arte – El Modelo Híbrido AIA.DAO

El modelo AIA.DAO busca unir la tecnología blockchain y los Activos del Mundo Real (RWA), como inmuebles y arte, adoptando un enfoque híbrido y pragmático que rompe con el purismo de la descentralización.

Las 4 Reglas Infrantas para la Integración Real:

Gobernanza Híbrida (Veto Centralizado Necesario): Se abandona la descentralización pura. El propietario del activo (CapoPosto) debe conservar el poder de veto absoluto sobre su propiedad. Esto es crucial para la seguridad legal y financiera, evitando que la DAO sea clasificada como una "sociedad colectiva".

Enfoque en Valoración Cultural, No en Compraventa: El objetivo no es fraccionar y vender la propiedad, sino financiar su mejoramiento cultural. Los artistas dan un servicio (arte) a cambio de alojamiento. El incremento de valor generado por estas mejoras se tokeniza mediante f-NFTs, transformando la DAO en un mecanismo de financiación de infraestructura cultural.

El NFT es un Contrato Legalmente Vinculante: El NFT se estructura como un contrato de servicio con validez legal. El minting actúa como firma electrónica. Los metadatos enlazan el token inmutablemente a documentos legales off-chain robustos, cerrando la brecha entre la cadena de bloques y la ley.

La DAO Necesita un "Envoltorio Legal" Centralizado: Una DAO descentralizada requiere una estructura legal formal (como una Fundación o LLC) para limitar la responsabilidad de sus miembros, gestionar la tesorería y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y fiscal. Esta centralización legal protege a la comunidad descentralizada.

Conclusión: La integración exitosa con el mundo real depende de la adopción de modelos híbridos que fusionan el poder de la descentralización con las garantías necesarias de la propiedad privada y la ley.

La gouvernance est structurée par six Chambres (Apicole, Communautaire, Académique, etc.) et s'appuie sur un modèle de réputation pour le vote, assurant que les décisions naissent des territoires et des communautés.
