“Off the (Wagon Wheel) is a fresh take on a classic originally written by Bob Dylan for Sam Peckinpah’s Western “Pat Garret & Billy the Kid”. 
“Wagon Wheel” was later renditioned by Ketch Secor of ‘Old Crow Medicine Show’ before being made famous by Darius Rucker.
Since then, the record has been done time & time again but what makes this version stand out is it’s introduction of Hip-Hop that carry’s the party along for the ride ‘through the land of the pine’ to the bluegrass backroads of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Ron Hamrick is an internationally acclaimed Virginia-based songwriter and performer. Playing a mix of rock, pop, folk, and country songs from the 1950s-2020s that people know and love, as well as some of his own Top 10 Billboard hits, Ron has delighted thousands of audiences around the world over the years. As a gifted keyboardist who has been playing since he was 5 years old, his mastery of the keyboard makes it seem as if there is an entire band on stage with him when he performs.
