All the material is primarily designed with software synthesizers, some with hardware synthesizers, and less frequently with purchased samples. I meticulously crafted it with a wealth of detail and, above all, a love for dark psytrance.

I render everything mainly in 32-bit (float), some in 24-bit. The sound quality is very convincing, and the BPM is indicated, ranging from 2 to 64 bars.

MoonSun is the story of creation that happens every moment anew.

It is the alchemical process of uniting the opposites - the yin and the yang - these two forces that are not contrary, but complementary.

MoonSun are Samira and Karol, two friends united by fate that discovered a common love for music, a fine thread that runs through their own separate tastes.

MoonSun is more than just another DJ project. It's a new way of thinking & feeling the dancefloor experience. It is a playground for collective, mythological, archetypal and cosmic stories, dances and processes to unfold in the inner and the outer spheres of consciousness, body and dance-movement.

MoonSun is difficult to explain in words, it's an experience that is best felt live. The recordings capture some of the magic, and are meant as an invitation to come and join us on the dancefloor or to invite us to play for your dancefloor!

We are experienced DJs that bring many qualities lacking in today's world of electronic music, yet we are simultaneously total beginners that re-discover the art of dj'ing every time we stand behind the desks.

Kitsune is Yoshi, originally from Fukuoka, Japan, who made the move to Australia in 2010. The word 'Kitsune' translates to 'fox' in Japanese, and in Japanese culture, spirits hold significant importance, with the kitsune, or fox spirit, being one of the most revered. 

Yoshi discovered the psychedelic trance scene in Japan in 2006, and he instantly fell in love with its music and community. He particularly connected with dark psytrance, which was incredibly popular in his hometown at the time.

In 2017, Yoshi launched his DJ career under the name Kitsune, focusing primarily on dark psy. In 2020, he began producing his own music, driven by a passion for creating deep storylines unique to each track. Kitsune's music offers a fresh perspective while maintaining an air of haunting familiarity. His primary sources of inspiration stem from the energy of nature, allowing his work to resonate with the raw essence of the natural world. It is in these serene environments that he finds his true artistic expression, where his music flows with depth and hypnotic allure, leaving a lasting impact on all who experience.

Full Lotus is a Psychedelic DJ based in London and signed to Parvati Records. At the age of 12 he discovered the word 'psychedelic' whilst reading a comic and after looking up the meaning, decided that it could be fun. 

He started DJing on vinyl whilst at university playing a mixture of Alternative and Psychedelic rock and formed a student society with a focus on mainly 60's psychedelia. During this time he was exposed to underground electronic dance music from the early 90's UK scene and heard some people talking about 'Goa' parties and 'Goa' music and thought this also sounded like it could be fun.

Following a trip to Goa in late 1995, he became hooked on the music he heard at the beach parties and upon returning in early 1996, he began attending numerous Goa style parties in London. The following year he started organizing trance/techno events with a friend and started to DJ in London. In 1998 he became a resident DJ for the Kundalini party organization. This was the start of the Full Lotus project. After hearing the first Parvati Records compilation, First Step, he embraced this particular sound and became one of the first DJ’s in the UK to play it at parties.

With over thirty years of experience behind the decks, he is a regular fixture on the London psychedelic trance scene and currently plays what is known these days as dark/forest psychedelic trance or as he used to call it, twisted night time funk. His DJ sets are performed with the intention of making both your body and mind dance.
