My friends and I got to make this beautiful video of O Come Emmanuel. We are so excited to share our musical take on this ancient hymn with you!  Sit for a moment, take a breath, and enjoy. As we look to Christmas, we are reminded how we are still waiting for the healing of all that is still broken. We hope and we long for healing. God, we need you. "O Come thou dayspring, come and cheer our spirits by thine advent, here. Disperse the gloomy clouds of night. And death's dark shadows put to flight."

Dave Edwards is a NYC metro-based multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and worship leader whose career spans rock clubs, cathedrals, cruise ships, concert halls, the White House and the United Nations. He has performed in venues including CBGB's, Birdland, Lincoln Center, and Rockwood Music Hall, sharing the stage and studio with some of the finest musicians in jazz, rock, and worship music.

Dave has recorded or performed with jazz greats such as Rufus Reid, John Patitucci, Donny McCaslin, Oz Noy, Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, John Blake Sr., Ed Palermo, and Todd Williams. He has also recorded or performed with progressive rock band Kansas, disco legend Gloria Gaynor, pop artist Nick Jonas, singer/actress Bethany Joy Lenz, Porter Carroll Jr, and the Ed Palermo Big Band (Frank Zappa project).

In the Christian music world, Dave has worked alongside Kathy Troccoli, Gary Chapman, and Wayne Watson. His worship leadership has served events alongside John Ortberg, Luis Palau, Tim Keller, Rick Warren, N.T. Wright, Francis Chan, and John Piper.

As a recording artist and session player, Dave’s drumming and bass work appear in sample libraries and licensing collections including Big Fish Audio’s Vintage Big Band, Funk/Soul City, and Vegas Loops, as well as TV and film scoring projects.

For over 20 years, Dave has served as a Worship & Arts Director in his local church, mentoring and equipping over 120 musicians and technical artists. He currently leads a large worship team across multiple campuses, integrating his passion for emotionally intelligent leadership, diverse musical expression, and Christ-centered creativity.
