Italian record label Unrilis continues its Rilis series with a hardgroove techno EP by veteran Spanish artist David Moleon.

David Moleon is one of Spain's most respected techno DJs and producers, famed for his captivating three deck sets, and exhilarating production style that fuses analogue synths with the flowing rhythms of raw percussion. With a back catalogue spanning nearly two decades, David Moleon's music has been a feature of record labels such as Dstm, Patterns and his own imprint Moop Up. He is the latest artist to join the Rilis roster, which features music from others such as A.Paul, DJ Dextro, Ritzi Lee and Samuel L Session.

Rilis was a series that was originally launched by Italian techno icon Rino Cerrone before his retirement from the music industry, and the record label was recently relaunched to support the music of those who share his passion for underground techno. 

"Tribal Hunt" opens the release with rolling conga hits and fizzing ride cymbals combined with jackin' vocal textures and deep synth chords, while the driving kick drum and rumbling bassline provide a solid foundation for the high-velocity groove.

David never adjusted to the latest musical trends, and instead always remained dedicated to what he is internationally so well-known, respected and recognized for: developing and delivering innovative Hardgroove and Tribal Techno tracks. 

On his latest release on Techsturbation Records, David's unique signature sound can be clearly recognized in the two tracks ‘Lost Bullet’ and ‘Red Line’. We couldn’t have imagined having any better artist for our comeback because David's sound is truly an epitome of what Techsturbation Records is all about!

David Moleon is back on Italian record label Unrilis with a jackin' hardgroove techno release that combines raw percussion and analogue synths.

It's the second time that David Moleon has featured on Unrilis, and he once again showcases the same upbeat and percussive style he has made a trademark. Many know David Moleon as a veteran of the Spanish techno scene where he is famed for his three deck DJ sets. He has also produced tracks for respected record labels ranging from Planet Rhythm to his own Moop Up.

This release comes as part of the Rilis series that was originally founded in the late '90s to focus on music by Unrilis co-founder and legendary techno DJ, Rino Cerrone. The series was originally an outlet for Rino Cerrone's experimental tracks, but was relaunched in 2022 to showcase music by artists who share his same ethos and style.

Rino Cerrone retired from the music industry at the peak of his career over a decade ago, and recently passed away, making the Rilis series a memorial to him and his legacy.

Since its inception in 1997, Loose Club has channeled their tireless passion for music into spreading #electronic music culture and bringing freedom and creativity to artists and other professionals within the scene. 

Starting with a select handful of local talented artists and producers, including the likes of Rino Cerrone, Markantonio, Marco Carola, Gaetano Parisio, and Uto Karem, Loose Club quickly gained recognition and respect early on for the growth it brought to the Neapolitan #techno scene.

Their efforts were soon recognized by international artists such as Ellen Allien, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Sven Vath, and Cisco Ferreira, just to name a few of the stars who found Loose Club to be the best #club night in town.

With the record labels ri’l:is, unri’li:s, and Loose Records under their umbrella, Loose Club has since gained traction not only as a pioneer within the techno genre, but a wellspring of resources for professionals of all kinds working within the industry.
