Sometimes i was not able to ear the music due to the crowd screaming so loudly...

A sound that's been shaped by my diverse background. I was born and raised in the country of Venezuela, and I'm proud of my Venezuelan and Portuguese roots. These cultures have played a big part in who I am today and the music I create.

At the age of 12 I picked up the guitar and never looked back. I spent my early years as the frontman of various rock bands, immersing myself in the world of stoner rock and indie rock.

At the age of 24, I took a leap and moved to Australia, a decision that opened up a whole new world of opportunities for me. It was in Sydney in 2014 that I discovered Ableton Live, a tool that took my production skills to the next level and introduced me to the world of electronic music. I started experimenting with sampling techniques, synths, and drum machines, pushing the boundaries of my music.

A blend of my South American roots and the hypnotic allure of minimal/deep tech. It's a journey that takes you straight to the dance floor, where South American grooves meet the entrancing beats of minimal/deep tech, creating a unique experience. I'm Baronze, and my story is my sound. Embark on this journey with me, and let my music resonate with you.

Unrestricted by genre or format, each of the platform’s instalments exist as a cultural artefact, a reflection of their zeitgeist. 99C is premised on a progressive ethos; a tangible commitment to the environment and to representation for everyone. A finite project, it will complete on its 99th release.

The Club Night 'Essentially House' and "Yorokobi" is managed by Steel Yard Promotions.  Jay is a DJ with a Progressive /Melodic/Organic/deep house sound..Clubs and Festivals that I've had the privilege to play at are - The Ministry of Sound - Limelight club - The Arches - The Venue and Tribal Gathering  to name a few..

Jay Also has a passion for Ambient sounds and drifting beats.. The series "Ambient Air " derives from this sound...
