Technology has given new life to a lot of older music and movies lately.

Bumble Bee was released as a single from the Norwegian Bubblegum Dance singer Bambee's debut album ON ICE back in 1999.  It would go on to be featured in and popularised by a myriad of rhythm dance video games such as IN THE GROOVE 2 and several entries in Konami's DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION series.

In recent years, this classic gained new popularity due to its frequent use on TikTok.  I also heard it being used A LOT at panels I attended in many anime conventions.

Recently, I was invited to DJ at a DDR Themed Rave.  Once accepting, I knew I HAD to use this song.  However, I needed to tailor it to fit the trance style I usually play, while keeping the magic of the original.  And so, this remix was made.  Hope I did it justice.

Wir schauen genauer auf das Ausmaß dieser Ungleichheit, was die Treuhand und die schockartige Einführung der privaten Marktwirtschaft damit zu tun hatten und wie man heute gegensteuern müsste. Nice to meet you. My name is Randy Derricott, an Autistic EDM DJ/producer & Pharmacy Tech based in Coral Springs, Florida (a suburb of Fort Lauderdale) by way of Richmond, Virginia.

Active since 2004, I mainly make & play Trance & Progressive House.  I also sometimes let my nerdy side show by playing what I call "Comicontronica" or EDM remixes/covers of songs from video games, anime & the like.

My adventures have had me perform at a number of venues throughout South Florida as well as some of the biggest conventions in the US, among which include Anime Iwai, Otakufest, MegaCon, Kirbiicon, Colossalcon Ohio & Ichibancon in North Carolina.

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I put making music on the backburner to focus on my DJing adventures, both on Twitch and, once things eased, live shows.  I've recently decided to jump back into the music making pool again.  While I do have a Soundcloud with music I made under a past alias, I've decided to make a brand new Soundcloud, since I'll be using my real name going forward.
