What is VON KIN?
It is how we relate. It is a vibe used to share what we feel.

Von Kin is an indie/ alternative rock trio based in Las Vegas, NV. The three of us(Chris-Tofu/drums, Jesse/bass, and Michael Angelo-guitar/vocals) are all childhood friends growing up in the east side area of the city, Las Vegas. We’ve been composing original music and playing shows (as Von Kin) since summer of 2011, but have prior band experience together that only adds to cohesiveness as a group of musicians and live performance. With two self produced demos floating around the city and song “Blue,The Color” being aired on KOMP 92.3’s local Homegrown Show, Von Kin is recognized as a powerful live act and has become one of the most familiar local bands to see live due to constant bookings at the bars and venues in the historic downtown Fremont East, Entertainment District. Von Kin gets their raw energy from love of punk rock and their rhythm and melody from the love of disco, funk, 80’s alternative, hip hop, and whateva else, creating what's referred to as Von Kin.
