This Deee-Lite jam has always been, for me, a career highlight by one of my fave bands of all time. While a mind-bending remix of the non-single was made available on a mid-90s compilation, I'd forever wanted an uptempo version that retained the structure, lyrics, and groove of the original. A few decades later, I finally recreated it myself. I do hope you enjoy.

Nevin Hersch is a classical pianist, ambient & techno producer, DJ (decade at Berlin Nightclub, Hydrate, Jai Ho Bollywood Dance Parties, Cellblock), nature field recorder and yoga/meditation enthusiast. His classic work was under the alias Voxbox.

Oliver Heller, known as DJ Scotty, is a German DJ and music producer who began his career in the early 2000s, making a name for himself in local clubs. His energetic performances blend elements of house, trance, and techno, captivating audiences and creating unforgettable dance experiences.
In addition to his live sets, DJ Scotty produces original tracks and remixes that have gained recognition in the electronic music scene. With a passion for music and a growing fanbase, he continues to emerge as a prominent figure in the global electronic music community.
