This collection of music illuminates the delicacies of resonance and harmony, and whilst full in sound, manages to retain a playfulness, culminating in a symphony of prog-tinged techno, warping in and out of past and future.

Gytis Abromas or @tagensiju is one of the founding members of Black Wave collective. He has long been a quiet yet consistent force within Lithuania’s underground scene. 

It's been way too long from his last appearance on the podcast, 9 years, actually. Welcome back, friend!

Originating from the seaside, his sound weaves between electro, techno, and ambient—approached with precision, subtle restraint, and emotional depth. His path began in basement sessions with friends, borrowing CDJs and chasing textures, rhythms, and moods that resonated. That same spirit of exploration continues to shape his music today.

Third episode of "What Ravens Talk About," a radio show focused on deep, hypnotic, and avant-garde techno, airing on Amsterdam's Most Wanted. For this edition, Spanish producer-DJ Andrés Soria presents a broken beat-only set. The one-hour mix features rhythms that break the conventional four-on-the-floor kick pattern and challenge the audience. Electro, ambient, and IDM complete the journey.

Celebramos el primer aniversario de Nido con lanzamiento de Nido 1, una obra que refleja la efervescencia de la escena cántabra y el espíritu de comunidad que nos ha acompañado a lo largo de este primer año de andadura.

Bajo la dirección artística de Pablo Bolívar, este release reúne una cuidada selección de artistas locales colaboradores habituales de Nido, junto a nuevas incorporaciones que aportan frescura y miradas inéditas.

El resultado es una compilación diversa y arriesgada que se adentra sin complejos en múltiples territorios sonoros transitando del dub al techno y del ambient a los ritmos rotos, recogiendo también propuestas más experimentales que ayudan a dibujar un mapa de texturas electrónicas tan rico como coherente.

En Nido 1 se entrelazan las voces de artistas consolidados de la escena regional con proyectos emergentes que comienzan a trazar su propio camino en un ejercicio de riesgo y apertura estética que subraya la voluntad de Nido por situarse en el territorio donde la exploración sonora y la creación colectiva se encuentran.

Además, este recopilatorio quiere funcionar a modo de instantánea de un momento creativo compartido, a la vez que proyecta una mirada hacia el futuro de una comunidad en constante expansión.

Con este primer lanzamiento, en Nido abrimos una nueva etapa editorial en la que queremos documentar, seleccionar y publicar la música que surge en nuestro entorno. Porque lo que ocurre aquí merece ser escuchado.

Bête imaginaire discovered composition through Hip Hop production, collaborating with an MC friend. His curious mind quickly felt a calling for new stylistic endeavors and was struck by a Techno lighting at Rex Club while attending one of its famed Automatik nights in the 2000s. Although spellbound by this music, his love affair had to remain dormant for a few years as ever-growing professional obligations took hold of his life. He has recently managed to resume music-making, invigorated by years of musical dreams and more than ever mesmerized by the limitless possibilities of the Techno language.

Seven Villas names a group of villages situated on east Cantabria - Spain. Known for its monuments from the XVI and landscapes, those villages saw how Pablo Bolivar grew up at the same time he developed his passion for music and his homeland.

Today, Seven Villas becomes his personal project, a platform specially created to publish music that match his definition of "Musica para Estar", introducing new talented artists and combining their original works with interpretations by his favourites underground artists.
