Sometimes it's a matter of perspective. It’s that old story: If you only know one leg of the elephant, you might think it's a tree. Only different perspectives give you the full picture.

The same applies to a frame. For some, it means orientation, focus, safety, or the rules for a good game. For others, a frame means limitation, restriction, regulation, or an inappropriate narrative. Both perspectives are valid depending on space, time, and the people involved. Of course, different perspectives are not alternative facts. A fire in the Carakum Desert is not a date grove. However, the meaning of a fact depends on our perspective. Behind some perspectives are needs. That is human nature. I want to dance, you want to dance. Shall we try it together? Not every step on the other’s toe is wicked intent. Sometimes it's clumsiness, sometimes it's even funny, and sometimes you've just made a really wild move yourself. Sometimes it's a wake-up call… When we forget how to share different perspectives, we see trees where there are elephants, we see division where there are similarities, and fears are fulfilled instead of needs. And in the end, we may only see letters where we actually can hear Meeronauten Musik!

Decalculator - Carakum [Meeronauten]

Nhii delivers a new set, mixing deep rhythms with house textures. Recorded for Zatar Music, it reflects sound he’s built his name on.

Nhii is a New York–based electronic world music artist who has become a global fixture through releases on respected labels including Kindisch, Stil vor Talent, Do Not Sit on the Furniture, Lump Records, Flying Circus, Crosstown Rebels / Rebellion, and Scorpios Music.
His 2025 EP All Is Worth It showcases groove-driven, emotionally resonant deep-house tracks like “Why Are You in My Bedroom” and “Tudo Vale a Pena” (a collaboration with Atsushi Asada), blending live instrumentation with lyrical depth and tactile club energy. In 2024, he released Just Fine on A Tribe Called Kotori, combining Afro-Cuban rhythms, folk-jazz textures, and emotionally charged basslines. His 2023 project Rusted Rose introduced Gypsy brass, Sicilian mandolin, and electro-acoustic layers, marking a key point in his evolution.

With more than 13 million Spotify streams, around 85,000 monthly listeners, and a standout 4.2 million plays on “Feather – Iorie & Madmotormiquel Remix,” Nhii continues to bridge worlds and cultures through sound.

This time I am sharing a selection of works that I have been slowly developing throughout the summer months. They are the result of a personal process of exploration, where I have tried to learn, experiment, and challenge myself with new sounds, effects, and different ways of connecting and editing them. From a techno perspective, these tracks are not meant to be definitive statements, but rather small steps in my path of growth as a producer.

Each piece was first imagined in silence, in those quiet moments where ideas arrive unexpectedly and invite you to listen more deeply. Many of them were started during different trips, inspired by the places, moods, and atmospheres I experienced along the way. Later, I returned to them with patience in my studio, where I took the time to polish and finish them during the last few months.

What I share here is not a final destination, but part of an ongoing process. These tracks are exercises in learning and, at the same time, honest attempts to capture ritms and patterns. My intention is to eventually use them in a live performance, where I hope they can connect with others in a more direct and genuine way.
