This time out, I've gone for a deep, melodic and noticeably slower blend of progressive house and trance. Uplifting melodies, dreamy vocals and summery piano riffs feature though out, subtly building into a more peak-time trance sound. There’s no doubt that social media has become embedded in our daily lives. It may help us communicate better with others, but it can also become a hindrance or cause miscommunication with those around us. Besides affecting your relationships with friends and family, social media can also cause conflicts in marriage and love life.

Most women can find a good man very easily. However, their standards are outrageous, and they skip over those men to find the most attractive and successful ones. Later in life, it becomes harder for them. These men may still be successful, but the woman is no longer as youthful or as kind. By their mid-thirties, many want to settle down after years of casual encounters. Instagram and other dating apps give women unlimited options. Unless a man is in the top twenty percent of men, it can be difficult for him to find a partner. Social media may be the vehicle, but it is still us driving—driving into superficial standards and disingenuous relationships.

Some women are not satisfied with the men available today, and some men are not incentivised to improve themselves because of the way they are treated. The result is that no one is winning, except the upper class reaping the benefits. Feminism, modern dating dynamics, and unrealistic expectations have shifted priorities. Many women today don’t seek a good man—they seek a good plan, a good life, and a good provider. And with women making their own money, they often want a man who makes more than they do. This pushes them to chase the top-tier men who have endless options, then complain that all men are garbage.

   Basically most of you women are describing a man superior and then expect that man to come in and have a partnership with you whatever he might Excel. The woman thinks she can add value in other ways because it's not always about being physically on the same level with that person. For certain requirements that complement each other in other ways and still be equal in that sense. Men and women are not equal at all. That's another fallacy that we have in modern day dating culture which leads to so many women believing that we are. We're not the same. There's certain things that men can do that women can't do and vice versa as we're different. We're designed to complement each other and not to believe in Partnerships. Men come in to lead and women follow. It's funny because women typically want a man like that but at the same they act like they don't want a man like that because others might say.

   Here's the thing: any woman will describe the man that they need, what every woman wants but they think that they're going to go into religion with a man that's better than them in every single metric and it's going to be an equal partnership or 50-50. It doesn't work that way there's always a leader there's always a decider and for it to work the man's got to be in the leadership role never the woman. Women can't lead anything here because it creates too much pressure as a man. Then if you woman wants to be like this Macho Man don't you think that's going to cause a lot of strain on a relationship?

In relationships, men and women often expect each other to think, feel, and act the same but the truth is, there are real, biological differences that shape how we remember, communicate, and solve problems. From the hippocampus (the brain’s memory center) to unique approaches to conflict, these differences aren’t going away but they can be understood, appreciated, and even celebrated. People in relationships often have strong expectations that their partner will be just like they are: exhibit the same attitudes, values,  perceptions and behaviors.  However, we know that you will not change your partner’s attitudes and behaviors unless they themselves are motivated to do so.  You are even less likely to change their basic gender characteristics.  So it is very important to educate yourself as to the basic gender differences which exist between men and women, and accept the fact that the differences are there, they are real, and they are not going away.  In this way you can learn to use the differences as a way to enrich your relationship rather than to damage it. There are unique differences between the sexes that should be affirmed and celebrated. At the same time, I don't know exactly how to respond when friends on the other side of this issue challenge me to identify and describe them. 

   Why do women remember everything? Women have a larger hippocampus. This is where we store memories. This is why women can recall every single word of an argument 5 years ago. Women feel, while men use logic. Men take a more fact-based approach to their environment, often scanning for threats and challenges. Women tend to take a more intuitive approach because they perceive people and events more deeply and with greater memory capacity. We solve differently. Men tend to converge in their thinking. They define and clarify the problem and begin by eliminating and isolating issues. Women will often define the problem in broader terms and allow a wider array of potential factors before going into solution mode. This is why women want to talk out problems and men want to dive right into solving them. Men and women in conflict. Men tend to depersonalize and externalize issues or problems giving them time to think through solutions, often in solitude. Women tend to personalize and are more inclined to want to talk through the issue to reach understanding. Men’s brains gravitate towards facts and logic, while women’s brains are geared towards intuition and emotion.

School Of Society - The child first. Focusing on collaborative learning, which uses collaboration as a powerful tool to increase student motivation and participation in the learning process. Collaborative or cooperative learning aims to stimulate the reflections and critical thinking of students and share ideas with each other. 

The child first – a child's potential is not measured through multiple choice tests or GPAs, but rather through a collaborative, qualitative process which involves parent, teacher and student. 

No standardized tests given at the national level and no school rankings. In addition, there are no inspection procedures for learning institutions. The state fully trusts school leaders and teachers in developing their students. They also help and assist with support and funding.

Children should not be taught to memorize pieces of information and at no stage should children sit formal or national exams. 'What you learn without joy, you forget without grief' is an old Finnish saying.

There should be relatively low amount of homework. Homework should be seen more as a recap of what has been learned in the class but it is not supposed and should take a hours of time at home. Usually students should finish the rest of the assignments that was covered during the lesson and read through the next chapter.
