Created from speeches by Congressman John Lewis, it’s a journey through the protest actions and nonviolent resistance of the Civil Rights Movement. Track ends with a recording I made at the Hands Off protest in Toronto - today's activists keeping the spirit of good trouble alive. Hoping this track can help inspire to get in some #goodtrouble - stand up, speak out, make some noise!

This is a response to Metal Arm's comment on my upload entitled "What would you like to hear from me?" He really likes my song Lent, so I figured I would talk at length about how it was composed. I like Lent too. It's definitely one of my favorites I've composed and I revisit it often. This man has good taste! There's also a bass solo at the end. Thanks Metal Arm for your comment! Much love!

Rosa Schwarz is a DJ from Jena, with roots in Erfurt and Apolda. For over ten years, she has been drawn to electronic music, creating a sound that is driving, melodic, and emotional. Her sets move between Deep House, Afro House, House, Tech House, and Melodic Techno. Since returning from Denmark in 2020, she has become an active part of Jena’s music scene. She co-leads the FLINTA* DJ workshop at Kassablanca and started her own event series, Vogelgezwitscher, to support emerging artists and strengthen the local community.
