I originally wrote this tune - including the lyrics and me singing - back in c2005/06.  
the lyrics are about the fake world of social media that was coming.  prophetic - although 'myspace' didn't last long!  and so dates the tune.
re-worked and mastered in 2020 during the covid times.  I kept the original singing - although to be honest i did apply a wee bit of autotune....
the title of the track refers to a time when I was out at a house party on the isle of dogs and went out c7am for some crisps.  came back around 2 hours later having been on the london underground.  damn those disco biscuits.
