Après avoir étudié, scruté, analysé, recoupé les arguments des plus grands savants, des élites, des gens les plus cultivés !
Je peux vous dire pourquoi la démocratie n'est pas une bonne idée :

Ne donnons pas le pouvoir au peuple, il ne saurait pas quoi en faire.
Les responsabilités, il les a toujours fui.
Gérer tout un pays, imaginez l'enfer pour des gens incapables de gérer
Leurs propres vies.
Ils voudraient gagner au loto pour toucher le pactole ;
Les probabilités, c'est trop abstrait pour eux.
Ils passent leur temps à se plaindre et sombrent souvent dans l'alcool
Mais que font-ils pour être heureux ?

Les pauvres sont oisifs, ils réfléchissent à petite échelle
Devant Hanouna, toujours au rendez-vous
Mais quand je suis au musée ou au rayon Bescherelle,
Je ne les vois pas beaucoup...
Ils ne sont pas taillés pour supporter la pression
Car trop habitués à la défaite ;
Ils pensent par l'émotion et agissent par pulsions,
Voteraient la peine de mort sur un coup de tête.

Comme ils sont très naïfs, les lobbies vont les bouffer,
Ces gens ne font pas d'études, ce sont des proies faciles.
Ils n'ont pas de point de vue, ils préfèrent qu'on leur en donne tout faits,
Suffit de les flatter pour les rendre dociles.

Pour avoir un pays gouverné par la raison,
Faut pas donner aux peuples trop de pouvoir.
Mais si on veut éviter les manifestations,
Mieux vaut quand même les laisser croire qu'ils en ont. 

En même temps, nos gouvernants sont-ils vraiment plus responsables ?
Sont-ils plus compétents ou plus fiables que les pauvres ? 
Rien ne nous le garantit.
C'est pourtant sur ces arguments que s'appuie l'oligarchie

On dit « représentative » pour nous laisser croire que nous vivons dans une forme de démocratie,
Sur un fond jaune et noir, je vois mes larmes et les tiennes choir, Étienne,
Sans bruit, sur le parvis de la bourgeoisie. 
Je voudrais croire au mérite moi, 

Mais qui mérite ?
Parfois, je m'y perds.
Époque du marketing, on élit des élites 
Non pas spirituelles
Mais financières.

On vote pour qui on voit, on n'voit que ceux qu'ils financent
Une fois qu'ils sont élus, on ne peut plus rien faire.
Paraît que selon la loi, ces gens nous représentent           
Mais combien y a-t-il d'ouvriers parmi nos parlementaires ?
Combien de pauvres, d'immigrés, de travailleurs précaires ?
Ô combien de bourgeois pour combien d'prolétaires ?
Même s'ils étaient honnêtes, leurs avis seraient biaisés
Leur vécu est celui des privilégiés.

Pour la démocratie, le peuple n'est pas compétent...
Et dans l'oligarchie, y'a trop de corruption...
Aucun de ces deux régimes n'est vraiment convaincant,
J'aimerais donc suggérer une troisième option :

Pour avoir le pouvoir, le peuple n'est pas prêt,
Lui qui n'a jamais connu que la soumission
Mais ce serait différent si l'école préparait à la démocratie et à l'autogestion.

La liberté s'apprend par la liberté,
On découvre avec elle les responsabilités.
L'indépendance s'apprend par l'indépendance,
Pour qu'un esprit soit libre, il faut d'abord qu'il pense.
Pour ça, il faut du temps de cerveau disponible et un accès facile à une information claire.
Je rêve d'un monde où les médias sont libérés du pouvoir politique et de leurs actionnaires.

Ouais puisque c'est pas mieux avec des "élites" au pouvoir,
C'est une vraie démocratie, que je voudrais voir
Même représentative, à la limite, mais moins précaire
Avec un RIC en toute matière !
Y'a pas de démocratie sans droit de révocation, 
Sans le pouvoir du peuple, 
Sans libre information.
Dans le monde de demain, je voudrais voir émerger
Une démocratie auto-éclairée.

OVERVIEW:
After a series of prized splits and collaborations, M_REC LTD's own Max_M returns with 'Dissertation', his latest fully-fleshed solo effort.

'The Kidnapper Bell' was his last EP for M_REC LTD. The avid vinyl lover and collector has since put his "maximalist" values to work sharing wax with the likes of Fabrizio Lapiana of Attic Music, as well as with newcomers Wrong Assessment. Not one to rush things, 'Dissertation' then comes at a peak time for Max_M and M_REC LTD, representing the culmination of a ceaseless dedication to the type of stolid, hypnotic brand of techno intrinsic to both chief and label.

"Exceeding Brightness" governs the A-side with blue blips set to a progressive chugging pace, enveloped in a trademark background of fuzzy mechanical whirrs. "Architectural Lie" then opens up the B-side with a loop of warm chords that roll into a tumult of diffused hats and jangled melodies. "Scape Sequences" concludes in a subaqueous fashion; viscous, heady and stupefying.
