so glad to welcome @this-is-sodha for episode 04!!

for this set, i joined Sodha's sonic universe, among progressive, tech house, breaks & electro: a kinda of @dkmntl vibe, since we are both amsterdamer regular festival-goers

about @this-is-sodha

marseille-born Sodha has been behind the decks since he was touched by electronic music in the late 00s. founder & curator of @7recordsparis and their Septem festival, Sodha has crafted an unexpected style, where all shades of grooves and heart-opening house can snap into scratches, breaks and vibe-bending turns. he played at many parisian venues such as @rexclub, @badaboum_paris and more; as well as radio podcasts for NTS, @rinse_france or @refugeworldwide

he just launched a new project: E/den club series which will hold their first day event at nodd club in paris on april 11.

for the little backstory: Sodha and I first met in middle school (6th grade back in 2002) in our early teen days in marseille, and we kinda bonded through music, especially through our shared passion for @edbangerrecords... we bumped into each other last year at essaim for @eris-drew gig, after losing sight of each other for too many years !
enjoy this cute pic from a culture weekender to paris back in 2010 for @institubes 7 years birthday, attesting to our very long-standing friendship <3

we threw this lil rec just before goin for a sunday afternoon dance session at essaim, enjoying amazing performances from my friend @justesmusic & french boss @laurent-garnier

i hope you'll like it, feedback are always welcome! <3
take care

ps: we rebooted hard for 2026 - many more episodes to come soon as always, stay tuned :)

@loopholeparis

paris-based dj and producer, exploring deep, hypnotic and mental techno, driven by groove and dancefloor energy.

my core repertoire is rooted in deep, hypnotic and mental techno, occasionally opening towards progressive, ebm, trancy or break-driven textures, always in service of movement and tension

w/ a background as a guitarist and singer, i'm currently developing my own techno productions, aiming to soon translate my dj universe into original releases

🎙 host of “tanhloub invites…” (who could have told?? :D): a home-recorded podcast mix series featuring solo or b2b sets with invited artists
