I'm actually more proud of this song than the last one.
I really wanted to illustrate one of my fav ocs in this song. His name is Manuel, he's Italian and he has 18 years old. 

He's also ftm and homosexual, so he proudly kisses other men! 

In this song he plays as a psychiatrist. 
His best friend Eleonora (yes the name is not just a coincidence), has 17 years old and suffers from depression. 

She still lives with her parents, and they decided    to have her lobotomized.

The "lobotomy psychiatrist" will be Manuel

This story isn't meant to be realistic, as I would like people to give their own interpretation.
