Marcelo has performed at celebrated events, including Soulvision, Sea Club, D-Edge, and Panda Festival, and shared stages with top artists like Newman, Dee Montero, and Tube & Berger. Addicted to The Underground 012 // December 2024 (Extended Mix)

Dopamine White closes out the spring season by welcoming Saporta to the label for his debut EP. Born and raised in Spain, Valencia resident Saporta first emerged in 2017 and was quickly tipped as one of his countrys most promising electronic music artists. Releases via Bullfinch, Exx Underground and Phobiq have been discography highlights, while Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati, Innellea, Massano, UMEK and Vintage Culture have been steadfast with support. With 2025 being highlighted by Positive Culture, a two-track showcase for Turkish imprint Duenia, Saporta continues to impress as we approach the summer season, with his Dopamine White debut Stronger Again. Spread across four tracks its the deep tech sounds of the title selection which get the EP underway. Smooth and mysterious from the outset, its groovy low end and rippling rhythms provide momentous drive, while wavy arps fill in the framework. Hopeful vocals bring an emotive vibe across the main break, melting down to a gorgeous sequence of phrasing, before modulation peaks for an energetic drop. Meanwhile, Tempera Mental conveys a darker monochrome with tough beats anchoring a perfect marriage of quirky arps and devilish chord stabs. Keeping the appeal timeless, Saporta relies on modulation to build tension across the interlude, before a rush of drums sparks a finale of retro synth mutations. The third selection Crystal Generation surveys a similar design profile but with a further lean into tech-house territory. Beginning with a percussive punchy groove, the piece evolves with dark stabs and funky tonal themes carrying momentum into the main break. Further modulation across the interlude makes for a wave of tension filled drama, before giving way to catchy theme for a prophetic finale. Rounding out the release is Last Dream which carries a mystical atmospheric vibe through chugging grooves, soaring synths and an array of precise effects which allow for a great sense of depth and space.
