Linear System is an artist based in Costa Rica who has close ties to the highly regarded Scottish imprint, Edit Select Records. A label that has released four out of five of his studio albums, as well as several EPs in just a few years. Outside of his regular appearances on the highly respected Glasgow stable, he also lists quality additions to his back catalogue such as Ben Sims' Symbolism, Marco Bailey's MATERIA, Abstract Division's Dynamic Reflection, Ricardo Garduno's Illegal Alien, Marco Lenzi's Molecular, BCCO, and Detroit-based Blank Code, as well as his own Modern Minimal that started life in 2022. Having played everywhere from Portugal to China, he is an experienced DJ with a clear understanding of how to capture the listener with engaging grooves and trippy atmospherics. This exclusive mix covers all grounds from thundering kicks, raw jackin' cuts, to intense hypnotics, and never loses sight of the dance floor. He succeeds in working up a frenzy of joy by the impeccable selections with detailed sound design and uptempo beats. Abstract Division is a long-standing collaboration of Paul Boex and Dave Miller, a Dutch electronic music producer and DJ duo. Next to running their label Dynamic Reflection and its sub-label Morphologies, they stimulated the Dutch underground scene with their well-known DECODE parties.

With over 30 years of collective experience under their belt, the established duo of Abstract Division is bringing deep, hypnotic and energetic techno sets to any club, rave or festival. They have performed at prominent festivals like Awakenings, Monegros Desert Festival, Time Warp, BAUM Festival, Audioriver, Loveland and some of the best venues including Berghain, Fuse, Fabrik Madrid, RSO, Radion and many more.

During many years of collaboration, the duo managed to create their own unique sound. Their in-depth knowledge of sound engineering enables them to release year after year refreshing productions and each new track marks a subtle evolution in sound.

Amsterdam based Keith Carnal has in recent years become seen as somewhat of a tastemaker in today’s world of techno. It might not then come as a big surprise to you that he has also become a favoured producer among many who are seen as “techno mainstay”, gaining support from numerous of his own musical inspirations and champions. Carnal, who grew up in a very musical home in the northern part of Holland, found techno at an early age when he began sourcing and selecting on his own. Techno was, and very much is, the first music that made a deep impression on Keith. This feeling only went on to become more cemented after a few years of composing on his own. It simply became clearer and clearer that Carnal is exactly where he belongs.

Keith’s own style of techno always has a strong emphasis on melodies and groove - it is made for dancing no doubt. Often the melody creates a rather ominous feeling for the listener, but with a certain melancholy to it. This is weighed up expertly with Keith focusing on the tracks being driven forward by strong percussion elements. His compositions contain a fresh vibe that immerses his audience as much as it does with his fellow producer and DJ colleagues. 

Carnal’s own productions very much goes hand in hand with the selections he makes as a DJ. A set of Keith’s always focuses on keeping the tempo and the groove up and going. Classic productions are mixed confidently with more current ones. His sets flourish with tracks that are atmospheric and contain strong melodic segments - tracks where percussion and bass play a major part in why being selected. For Keith Carnal creating the right groove is the main target. This year will see Keith releasing several strong productions as well as continuing his extensive international touring schedule, where he is headlining many of the major festivals and clubs. Keith Carnal is a fresh wind in today’s techno climate.
