Obsessive music purveyor, avid record collector and regular radio face, Luca hosts his E2-E8 show on East London’s Netil Radio, where he showcases new music he is into and invites new artists and record players, mainly from the local scene. Since 2021 he also turned E2-E8 into a record label, putting new local artists on the map and exploring electronic music in its many facets.
Luca can cover a broad range of sounds in his sets, from ambient to techno and everything in between.

«I've put this mix together after an inspiring weekend in the North of England, celebrating the birthday of the Golden Lion in Todmorden where Andrew Weatherall left an indelible mark.
The mix includes music from Weatherall himself, alongside music that would have comfortably sat in some of his ALFOS sets (never above 120BPM!), tracks I was reminded of during the two days of partying, and music that in one way or another has to do with Vladimir Ivkovic who closed proceedings on Saturday night (what a set sir!). The cruising speed stays around 100BPM - but the reassuring steadiness of the pace is contrasted by the variety of sounds and beat patterns throughout the mix.»

Joining Luca at the controls is London-based, Belgrade-born Johana of the Banda Panda Crew.
Johana has become an integral part of Belgrade's underground electronic scene by doing what we like doing: putting new artists on the map. Her DJing blends a variety of genres into a dark yet vibrant mix.

Hey there! Check out my latest DJ set for the E2-E8 radio show, aired live on Sunday, April 14th, 2024. This time, I've selected tracks that deviate a bit from my usual vibe, but I believe they're just right for a Sunday afternoon. 🙃

Johana // Netil Radio E2-E8 - 14/04/24

Musical paths twist and turn throughout life, one never knows where the next connection can come from. Like minded people, loving the same artform or creative form of expression makes for many a ‘friend at first sight’. After meeting Luca a few years ago at Mostra, we’ve had the opportunity to spend plenty of time dancing and chatting together, enjoying our favorite musical expression. As head of his E2-E8 label, the London based DJ and curator has crafted his own path with prior releases from fellow Delayed friends Avsluta, and hems to name a few.

To mark E2-E8’s first release of 2025, the responsibility goes to a founder of the Unknown Species Collective event and podcast series, Rado aka Naturalisten and his debut titled Forms. The 6 track release, including a remix by Forest Drive West, blends a few different musical styles. Acid, ambient, deep techno, breaks, all coming forth in a nicely varied release.

Against the Tide is a floaty number, with muted, upbeat melodies providing some sense of groove and a nice counter to the darker side of the release. These tones are complimented by a steady stream of shakers and hi-hats that deftly hit in the background but don’t overwhelm the mix of panned textures and occasional glittery synth.

Expect Forms to be out on the 25th of April in record stores, and on Bandcamp.

PREMIERE: Naturalisten - Against The Tide [E2-E8]

 ‘I want to give each sound the space it deserves to breathe’
Slow Moon is the solo project of Berlin/London based musician Tomáš Kašpar. After many years writing, releasing and performing as part of dancefloor focused duo ASTRYD and alongside Laura Misch on guitar and synth duties, These Things Take Time is his first solo release.
The process for this music began through conscious observation of the minute details of the everyday world; light dancing on water, the texture of a rusted sheet of metal, shadows of trees playing along a wall, the reflection from a pane of broken glass, ripples of raindrops in a puddle. In the slowing down, tuning into, and experiencing these details; a new process for exploring sound, presence and the writing music was teased out.

Space . Texture . Listening . Detail . Slowness

In exploring these ways of looking and, and listening to the world, taking steps back from the density of life I found a delicate and soothing way of relating to and creating sound. These Things Take Time is the result of several years experimenting and exploring writing with these ideas at the core. The album title is a reference to this process (and in part a joke to myself about how long it takes to finish and release music).
‘Listening softens us, and opens us to how much is really going on all the time. Being present to the immense, beautiful and infinite detail of the world around me is what led to this music.’
These Things Take Time is made up of 8 tracks ranging from delicate ambient synth work, to processed vocals soaring over textural rumbling drum grooves, to soft piano and clarinet explorations. It explores many palettes and energies but the connecting thread of ambient, slowly evolving detail and textural richness underpins this collection of work.

Tiella Sound is the reflection of Luca Bigote’s "fluid" music vision, where genres blend and boundaries fade away. Launched in 2019, the project encompasses a radio show, mix series and independent record label.

Luca Bigote is an Italian DJ and music curator with wide tastes across the music spectrum.
His sets are immersive journeys blending rarefied Soft Electronica, floating Downtempo beats, warm Organic Grooves and a rich array of House and Techno nuances. This versatile approach has led him to share  stages with influential artists such as Tornado Wallace, Fantastic Man, Tiger & Woods, Rahaan, and Patrice Scott among others. Remarkably, he delivered a highly acclaimed six-hour set at Buttons party in Berlin, one of the most iconic events within  the city’s LGBTQ+ nightlife scene.
Over the years, he has been invited to contribute to many radios and podcast channels from all over the world, including United We Stream (DE), HÖR (DE), Kiosk Radio (BE), Radio Raheem (IT), Rocket Radio (IT), Radio Panini (DK), Rhythmic Culture (NL), Amok Radio (MK) to name a few.
Since 2020, he has also been crafting ambient introspective soundscapes under his experimental alias, Nostalgia Del Futuro, expression of his interest for non-club oriented music.
In the past, he curated the ‘ritmo’ nights at Klunkerkranich in Berlin, hosted ‘FMUD’ summer parties in his hometown Gaeta (IT), and collaborated with renowned record stores such as OYE Records and Sound Metaphors.

Jo.hana is a DJ and graphic designer based in London. With a background in event production and organization, she started DJing as a member of the multi-disciplinary collective Banda Panda from Belgrade. After a few years, Banda Panda evolved into a DJ duo, fully immersing themselves in DJing and cultivating the underground electronic music scene in Belgrade by booking international artists and throwing parties regularly at the infamous Belgrade clubs 20/44 and Drugstore. Jo.hana also organized several party series, including F-Society, which focused on promoting local female electronic DJs and music producers. 

Jo.hana's mixes are expressions of her chaotic musical influences, blending downtempo, leftfield, hypnotic trance and psychedelic dance music, experimental, breakbeat, acid, trance, and techno to create an iridescent and vibrant sonic experience. She is now dedicating her efforts to learning and exploring the realm of music production, continually pushing the boundaries of her artistic expression.
