I've been kinda addicted to TikTok for a minute now lol. Last year in November, I came across a video that showed me how to write the specific midi pattern for one of those SpongeBob, trap, meme songs. I thought it was catchy. So, I hoped on FL, drew the pattern, and added my own twists to it.

Cancerous

Every now and again, I get spunky and attempt to write my own midi from scratch. I've had quite a few failures in this style of beat making, but occasionally I have something come out somewhat listenable, and that's exactly what this track is.

Dunno

This was part of another collab that just went belly up. Like the title suggests, I threw around the idea of doing a cypher back in 2022. I had a couple of people show some interest in it, but that was about as far as things go. There was a big fad going on around Phonk music that year, and I tried to tailer this instrumental around that trend. So, be ready for some cowbell.

Cypher

This track was relatively produced recently as well. Found couple samples I liked, chopped them up, and added a drum kit. I almost used it myself for AIBOHPHOBIA, but ended up deciding against it.

Party Time

One of my biggest passions has got to be Pokémon. I've loved the brand ever since I got my hands on my cousins old copy of Yellow early in my childhood. At one point or another, I downloaded a ton of SFX from the video game series including audio for moves, pokemon cries, and general FX, and that's what I used for this instrumental.

Pocket Monsters

Another instrumental that was made specifically for 7718. I tend to hold on to beats that were intended for larger projects even if I scrapped them long ago. Just like a lot of the others, this track ultimately didn't meet my expectations, and I told myself I'd come back to it. Obviously, I never did that. So, now I'm passing off to see if anyone else can make something of it.

Ascend

I literally just have one WAV file for this track. I'm pretty sure it was made around the time 7718 was being conceptualized, but I couldn't tell you if I made it specifically for that album or not. I'll be quite honest with you as well. This track is kinda shit. Very simple across the board, and it's real bread and butter is the gritty, droning melody, but hey. It's alright to like a shit track sometimes, and despite it's flaws, I still kinda like this one. So, I went ahead and threw in this year for the fun of it.
