On WSVA Radio's "Early Mornings", Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Vice President of Programs Hannah Frazier and her Advisor Jennifer Stroop, from East Rockingham High School and FFA State President Grayson Long of MTC and Turner Ashby High School, talked about the program and how its helping students learn valuable life and career skills.

Hi, it's kells. This is a song I wrote way back 2020 specifically during pandemic. A diary of early mornings and quiet loneliness, the song paints the life of someone caught in the stillness of the pandemic—moving through routines, enduring scoldings and chores, pretending everything is normal while feeling the weight of isolation. Beneath the repetition lies a simple truth: they miss their friends, their freedom, and the world they used to know.
