Erasing the borders between music and performance the Second Hand Pheasants are providing a space in which they blend realness and confusion to a place that feels as conflicted as it is consoling.
Galloping rhythms, driving Guitar sounds, catchy basslines, wistful melodies, and the power of the words and voices of all five members are continuously melting the point between expression and reflection. 
Their gently raging music is highlighting the obscure of the usual, documenting and challenging what it means to be a contemporary mind.

Growing up in the 90s under the influence of breakbeat and drum and bass, my love for electronic music quickly became apparent. At 14, I held my first vinyl records and experimented with my 12/10s. But my true calling eventually revealed itself in a different form. Mixing remained, only now it wasn't records I was mixing, but spices and ingredients. Music continued to accompany me, and I knew it was and would remain a part of me. Today, I return to it and want to build worlds with music, create moments, and forge connections through atmospheric, dynamic, and driving sets. From meditative sound journeys to energetic beats and ecstatic melodies. Always me, myself, and I, authentic and on the fly. Let yourself drift away and dive deep.

Every month I'm running a barefoot dancing event in Lübeck, near Hamburg, called "Beats & Barefoots". It's a meditative and conscious ecstatic dance journey for everybody - simply dance, express & connect yourself in the free dance!

Wolf is a DJ, musician, and electronic music producer from Vienna, Austria, based in Koh Phangan, Thailand. They first came in contact with creative music expression when they started playing the piano at five. Since 2007, Wolf has released several records in different genres, including dubstep, drum & bass, and techno. Following their passion for live performance, they have been active as a DJ for many years. Wolf loves exploring music from many different genres. In their sets, they play their favorite tracks from an extensive selection of styles, including organic house, progressive techno, downtempo, bass music, and many more.
