“Opening up Camp KISS’s Burning Man 2023 public offering on Monday night was a major highlight of my Burn. This was my second year in a row opening KISS's stage. We had just spent several days after the initial build week rain bringing the camp to life, and I wanted to set the tone and get our weeklong party started with high vibes. Smiles were on, dances got sweaty, and hugs were freely given. This also set the stage for my week, as it was the first of six sets I performed on playa. I really enjoyed this set and I hope you do too!”

His wish is to uplift people to this light, to the source, with music and dance. Accordingly he is more and more devoted to music production, which opens him to new possibilities.

In addition to events in the Czech Republic, Jobbi regularly shares Ecstatic Dance in England, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Wales, Romania and Slovakia.

His unique energy rockets people into ecstasy and then takes them gently back to yourself.

Shalman (actual name is Salman) is a globally rooted DJ, producer, and vibe architect whose sets blend organic, afro house, and indie dance into immersive, feel-good journeys. Known for his dynamic range—from deep, sensual grooves to bright, uplifting rhythms—he crafts musical experiences that ignite dance floors and bring people together.

With deep roots in Bali and San Francisco and a regular presence at Burning Man, Shalman channels his multicultural influences into sets that balance rhythm, melody, and emotion. His style is both refined and raw, weaving hypnotic percussion, soulful vocals, and driving basslines into seamless, genre-fluid flow states.

Shalman has performed at Burning Man (Camp KISS, PlayAlchemist), Envision Festival, SXSW, The Yearn, Bali Spirit Festival, and Unison Festival, as well as boutique gatherings and wellness retreats across the globe.
