My live set from Ecstatic Dance Santa Fe on Oct 30, 2024. We were letting go into the music, celebrating mid Autumn, a time to be letting go of that which does not serve us, lightening up so as to vibe between the veils, honoring our ancestors and our collective existence. Meeting life and death with love. Embodying the ecstatic dance of this mysterious existence we find ourselves in.

I was honored to play at the first ecstatic of the season of Chakana. I love so much the way that these tradition of going through journeys with the central Portugal beautiful community is happening .

I made this set for the dance I love and help create in the week leading up to the confirmation of a new, somewhat nefarious president, and I was super surprised how anxious I felt-- so I channeled it into this set.  Expect to hear a couple mentions of the world falling to ruin, but also a lot of affirmations of strength and  beauty, a thumping peak, and a resolve that leans into resilience and hope.  May you dance it well like we did in Portland!!

Dancing Through Intensity * Fernhill Ecstatic Dance 1/19/25

This was my very first Ecstatic Dance in Istanbul. It was like a meeting of two old lovers that have deep connection and longing for each other. Dancers were so alive and responsive to the beats and melodies.

Our legend Barış Manço was coming from other realms to bless us. This set is building up with solar energy and winding down with lunar energy in order balance our inner masculine and feminine dynamics that may be out of tune by the metropol city life style.

Intention was to create spaces for feeling and slowing down in our body and mind.
I wish it to be healthfully releasing and connecting.

Dance is a medicine, tasty one..

Made this set in honor of the full moon in Sagittarius and the heat of summer... it's an ecstatic wave but also a really good time!  There's medicine music, deep bass, and lots of tropical beats at the top.  I wasn't gonna post this but I've gotten so much feedback from folks who just loved it... so here we go! My intention is offering Non-Dual experiences by inviting people to perceive the existence from the pure presence of body and liberated mind through state of trance or absolute stillness which comes by the divine dance of music and silence.

I feel my magic is fusion of different genres from all over the world and from all the times and people. Extracting their potent medicine and bringing them into a profound journey that offers a container for dynamic inner work.
Supporting and flavoring these journeys with organic vibrations such as didgeridoo, Sufi drum, Native American and Middle Eastern flutes, Saaz and indigenous sound tools.

I started my path in Art and Shamanism in 1995, I embarked on my DJ journey in 2001, during Bolivia's first electronic music scene. Fueled by my passion, I delved into the realms of Goa and Psy Trance, curating diverse genres to create captivating musical voyages at parties and events as Dj Xhiva. After a pause of 12 years, I return to the mixer with renewed energy and musical projects, curating and producing TRIBAL Nights & Experiences in Zurich and abroad. 

Join me as we embark on a musical odyssey through the harmonies and rhythms of these captivating genres.

Every journey is followed by different musicians with one high intention - to totally surrender to the ecstatic motion of the voyagers, to sense their vibe and emotions, and to transform themselves into a live open channel of divine creativity - and together we may reach to high level of conciseness, awareness, and deep ecstatic state of being.
The intention of this experiment is to explore the magical state of "here and now", help connect humans to their source of their spontaneous being, and to achieve a common frequency of bliss & harmony.
