We are happy to introduce Balkun Brothers first single, 'Traumatized', off their upcoming new album, 'HERE COMES THE END OF THE WORLD', released by Aisa Music Group on Auto Bon Records.

Balkun Brothers new album, 'Here Comes The End Of The World', mixes rock, thrash, doom and punk all into one fast-paced, full-tilt, adrenaline covered rampage. The high-energy songs reveal the band's versatility in the studio and their in-your-face attitude bleeds true rock n' roll into the listeners ears with every note. The power duo's latest body of work was produced, recorded and mixed on analog tape by legendary engineer, Steve Albini (Nirvana, The Pixies, Iggy Pop), at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago, IL and mastered by Bill Skibbe (Jack White, The Black Keys, The Raconteurs) at Third Man Records in Detroit, MI. Both Albini and Skibbe are veterans of the music business and have number one albums with a variety of artists including Skibbe's work on Jack White's latest chart topping album 'Boarding House Reach'. Jack White even attended Balkun Brothers' mastering session at Third Man Records. The Brothers looked to these experienced rock producers to guide their recording process and the end result was seven original songs that resemble the speed and power of Motörhead and have the grit of Nirvana and The White Stripes.

CHNNLL is a trio led by multi-instrumentalist Chris Davidson, and blends the warm analogue sound of live instruments with computer manipulations and warped synths.  
Chris moved to New York City in 2009 to pursue a career as a jazz drummer and composer.  While attending The New School For Jazz and Contemporary Music, Chris had the pleasure of studying with Reggie Workman, Mark Guiliana, Kendrick Scott and Billy Martin.  
While Chris’ appreciation for jazz is still strong, he has grown as a musician and composer into a new musical direction.   Chris is no longer behind the drums on the stage, but up front singing, switching between keyboards and guitar, reincarnated as front man CHNNLL.  

“I’m taking all my experiences from life so far and putting them all into my music.  It’s all me and I’m not holding back.”

The sibling duo has also been on major festival line-ups with The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Motley Crüe, Alice Cooper, Slayer, Iggy Pop, Gary Clark Jr. and Elvin Bishop.

In addition to touring extensively throughout the United States, the band has also completed 6 European tours since 2015, performing in England, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France.

Their new album '735 Farmington Ave' was released in August 2022. It was produced by Jason Randall and mastered at Abbey Road Studios in London, England.
