This project started as an experiment—flipping songs I love, remixing them live, and stacking edits just for the fun of it. No real plan, just pure inspiration. Over the past year, I found myself sitting on 100+ remixes, unsure what to do with them. After a few conversations with DJs and creatives I respect, the answer was clear: put it out and let the people decide.

So here it is. I passed my edits to my bro Big Jacks and let him craft a mix that blends my ideas into one seamless piece. "Mixed Feelings" is a collection of R&B flips, reworks, and blends that bring new life to records I love. Inspired by some of the greatest artists in music, this mix features reworks of songs from Drake, SZA, Future, Kendrick Lamar, Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Anita Baker, Gunna, The Weeknd, Ozuna, Chris Brown, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Ella Mai, Tyla, Kanye West, Craig David, and H.E.R.

Déja Dalina is an R&B/Neo-Soul singer who is undeniably authentic in her singing and songwriting. Heavily influenced by R&B from the 90’s and early 2000’s, she grew up admiring performers like Aaliyah, Mya, and SWV. Déja started performing at the age of four and wrote her first song at 15. Born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised between Virginia and North Carolina, Déja grew up singing, but started pursuing modeling instead around age 16, when she resided in Atlanta for one year. In 2014, she dropped out of college and made her way back to Atlanta to continue pursuing her dream of modeling. However, in the summer of that same year, Déja began to reconnect with her first love of music, and started vocal lessons with a pastor who believed in her. When producer C Millz bought her a studio session, her candle was lit by the feeling of being in the booth. Déja continued to be persistent in following her dreams of becoming a performer, and in February 2018, released her first project, Moonchild: New Moon. Saidou is a Belgian/Senegalese DJ and producer that blends Hip Hop, Rnb, Soul, Funk with Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afrohouse, Afrotech, Reggae and Dancehall. Influenced by artists like DJ Premier, Fela Kuti, James Brown, and D'Angelo, Saidou is known for being very diverse. His career took off in 2019 and he opened shows for Asake, Omah Lay, Joey Badass, Tayc, Mr Eazi, Spice, EPMD etc. He also played in places like Libertine London, Make It Clap Paris, Haubentaucher Berlin, We Can Dance Festival, Bomboclat Festival, Vogue Dakar, Dyoukes Brussels, Bloody Louis, Carré, La Rocca, and is on a journey to establish himself as a respected producer.
