As a woman, mother of teenage girls, and women’s health expert who has devoted my life to helping women and children to be healthy, this week’s Supreme Court decision making abortion illegal in many states has left me, and so many of us frightened angry and sad. Today I’m sharing my personal heartfelt feelings and fears about this ruling and reaching out with a plea for love and understanding. My deepest hope is that we can come together and respect each other’s opinions without putting gasoline on the fire of hatred and division that seems to be a growing part of our culture. Bringing Love and Understanding To The Heartbreaking Supreme Court Decision

Hello soul family!

This mix is all about the celebration of our transformation. Like a Phoenix, we rise from the ashes of our past and fly into the limitless opportunity of the "future", which is simply where we direct our focus in the Now. Let's direct our focus to our Highest Timeline, in which we all feel strong and embodied in our personal power, as well as united and oriented towards similar goals in building a more harmonious and organized / evolved society. 

Deprogram yourself from the harsh conditionings of our society that ask you to dim your light and play small - to give your power, attention, and energy away to narratives that don't serve your highest good. You are Divine Light, and it is your Birthright to Shine!

We are also here to accept our shadow side and show ourselves unconditional love. To free yourself completely, from judgement, shame, guilt, and all other lower vibrations, you have to accept all aspects and facets of the Self. 

It has been Hinted to me that June and July will bring us an easy energy and greater flow. We should expect vibrations of love and abundance. I'm looking forward to co-creating a wonderful summer with you all!

Join Marilyn Maldonado on Shooting the Shift as she discusses the topic of the practice of transmuting our thoughts. When we are actively listening to our thoughts we are becoming aware of what we are thinking and how it is causing us to feel. When we allow our thoughts to be on autopilot mode it gives complete power to our thoughts to dictate how we feel and experience the world. Being aware of our thoughts is most important in the practice of transmuting our thought process. We can through our reactive feeling and response recognize the type of thoughts that are causing disturbance or distorting our peace.

The success of the practice of transmuting our thoughts depends upon the dedication and determination of actively practicing a new pattern in place of the old. It is necessary to be aware of our thoughts and proactively shift the negative thought pattern to a more loving, grateful, caring, and peaceful thought to shift the thinking pattern. May we remember that our thoughts activate our emotional state therefore they hold lots of power.
