In this episode, I explain my personal horror stories about using the contraceptive pill. I also read out other listeners' tales about their horrific experiences. Research on the pill is explained and debated to give the audience a clear understanding of the pill. If listeners are thinking about starting the pill they will be more informed after listening to this episode and be able to make a more informed decision. If listeners are thinking about coming off of the pill they will also know what to expect in terms of symptoms and side effects. I will also give a natural alternative to using hormonal birth control as this podcast centres around natural beauty. This episode is intended to educate, entertain, and help listeners relate, as well as give the listeners advice that will help them to live a more natural life as a woman. It’s an episode focusing on natural beauty with the angle of a “true crime” perspective on women's stories for an entertainment aspect.

I'm a fan of the Sonic 4 soundtrack and I very much enjoy the synth sounds used on the soundtrack, I'm just not a fan of that Mega Drive snare. Information about the sounds used on the Sonic 4 soundtrack is out there now thanks to Nuclear [NUKELEDGE]'s videos. I also have access to the synth plugins that Jun Senoue used on the soundtrack and I wanted to have a go at quite literally just doing my own mix using the exact same sounds and just replace the Mega Drive drum sounds with something that isn't so annoying.
