A clever and real woman is the one who just compliments a man and makes or pushes to progress in your life. You got to train a woman in order to train someone you need them to listen to. Woman who is listening to you like most women come into your life most probably if the man doesn't know what he is doing then the woman will come in as a liability. You don't train women though you have to try. A man who is going to have a girlfriend, she's going to be his woman and she's going to have his title. Well, she's got to be trained to rise up to a certain level in order to make her into an asset not a liability. Because if she is a liability then a man buys stuff for the woman, takes her on trips, when the woman hasn't earned it. So you got to try to de-train those bad behaviors out of that woman and make her an asset into your life versus liability. Most men don't understand their value. They bring her into their life which leads to giving her everything she hasn't earned, which means a woman doesn't respect those men and she will walk all over him. She will start digging the relationship.

   In terms of biology women are hardwired to extract resources for men. It's been that way since the beginning of time. Biology rules everything men could sit there and say oh but I'm doing this and my truth but biology rules you. There's one truth: there's no such thing as my true typical female. The majority of women come in to meet the man, what can she get from this man and if she goes out with him on a dinner date. The man could pay but she might never have sex with him. Or another man if he is hot then she might have sex with him and hang out with this man because he has some utility. The man's job is to make sure to be the top guy and he has to get the main role where he is not investing too much and the woman is investing more in the man. Women respect men that they invest more than him where the woman has to like the guy more than she likes him. The reason is because women want a man who is better than them. Women only respect men that they chase; it doesn't work the other way around. We can say that women are changing whatever but we're all slaves to our biology.

Collaborative or cooperative learning aims to stimulate the reflections and critical thinking of students and share ideas with each other. 

The child first – a child's potential is not measured through multiple choice tests or GPAs, but rather through a collaborative, qualitative process which involves parent, teacher and student. 

No standardized tests given at the national level and no school rankings. In addition, there are no inspection procedures for learning institutions. The state fully trusts school leaders and teachers in developing their students. They also help and assist with support and funding.

Children should not be taught to memorize pieces of information and at no stage should children sit formal or national exams. 'What you learn without joy, you forget without grief' is an old Finnish saying.

There should be relatively low amount of homework. Homework should be seen more as a recap of what has been learned in the class but it is not supposed and should take a hours of time at home. Usually students should finish the rest of the assignments that was covered during the lesson and read through the next chapter.

2005, Ethan EnMix,  développe sa passion pour le dj’ing et devient résident dans différents clubs de la région c’est à ce moment qu’il s’ouvre musicalement avec une identité plus electro et house, parallèlement coordinateur antenne d’une radio locale à Tarbes “Atomic” qu’il développa dans le ouest de la France et décline un programme digital axé sur la musique club de cette époque, “Master” webradio qui a starté Keen’v et Dj Florum.

2009, les weekend, Ethan EnMix, devient dj et directeur artistique d’une discothèque le “Babylon” avec une identité forte Urbaine et Electro, la grande époque de la “Dutch Music” avec une touche Caribéenne, des booking mensuels, des lives radios, des concepts de soirées forts qui marquent encore les esprits à ce jour! Grâce à cela Ethan EnMix  fût récompensé en 2012 par un dj d’or, en 2013 par une palme de la nuit, plusieurs articles dans Only For Dj’s et Entrevue.

2013, Ethan EnMix est approché par une radio nationale “Fun Radio” où il devient animateur. Sollicité pour ses talents de dj, il assure les warm’up des plateaux radio, mixa aux cotés des plus grands noms de la scène DJ internationale et à de nombreuses reprises dans l’émission de référence dance & electro en France “Party Fun” à cela des centaines de booking à travers la France dont des places fortes du sud ouest comme “La Plage” à Bordeaux ou encore le  “Connexion Live” de Toulouse où il devient résident des “Connexion Club Party” en 2019.
Toujours en “touche à tout” Ethan EnMix  obtient en 2018 un nouveau dj d'or pour un projet musical "Masheitan"  classé dans le top 10 électro des titres les plus joués dans les clubs  de France* et sort plusieurs titres electro dont “The Way You Move” shazamé des milliers de fois et disponible sur toutes les plateformes de téléchargements.
Fort de sa proximité avec sa base fan Ethan EnMix, intègre le top 100 dj France musiboxlive en 2016, 2017 et 2019, classement qui bouscule les conversations de tous les dj’s de France et qui ne manque pas de faire parler de lui!

En Live, Ethan EnMix, c’est une proximité, un mélange Club40 influencé par les tendances electro et bassmusic actuelles!
