Bienvenidos al segundo volumen de esta nueva serie de sesiones, que iré publicando periódicamente, y en la que evocaré estilos de sesión más propios del pasado (90's - 2000's) pero con temas actuales, ya que últimamente los sonidos clásicos de la época dorada de la música electrónica de baile, están volviendo con producciones nuevas actuales.

Cada volumen se dividirá en 4 sesiones de un estilo cada uno, al más puro estilo de los CDs de sesiones de antaño, tipo "Professional Dj's", "United Dj's", "Women Dj's", etc.

-Eurodance, Eurohouse & Europop: La sesión más comercial, con temas actuales que recuerdan al eurodance de los 90s (tipo Corona, Culture Beat, Playahitty, etc...), el Italodance de los 2000s (tipo Gabry Ponte, Gigi D'agostino, Dj Lasha, etc...), el eurohouse de los 90s (tipo 2 Eivissa, Kadoc, The Outhere Brothers, etc...) y el europop de los 90s y 2000s (tipo Aqua, Vengaboys, Alice Deejay, 2 Unlimited, etc...).

-Dance, Trance, Tech & Hard House: La sesión inspirada en los estilos de salas o fiestas como Radical Alcalá y Dendera, en el que se recupera el estilo de bases + cantadas + melodías, de antes de que el poky y el hardance surgieran, usando bases hard house de las que no usan el bajo "tubo" (o si lo usan es mas comedido) y tech, vocales que quedan a medio camino del trance y el dance, y melodías trance y progresivas con el groove característico de la época de finales de los años 90s. Todo ello con temas actuales.

-Progressive, Hardtrance & Techno: La sesión inspirada en el estilo progresivo de mezclas de Dj Neil en su época en Scorpia Central Del Sonido (principios de los 2000s). Centrado en melodías actuales, más cañeras y progresivas.

-Makina, Rave & Hardcore: La sesión inspirada en el estilo de dj's como Pastis & Buenri o Dj Skudero & Xavi Metralla en los años 90s, en el que los temas más rápidos de la cultura raver de esa época, provenientes del techno y el hardtrance, se combinaban con el happy hardcore y el naciente makina de esos entonces. Todo ello con temas actuales.

Dancefloor Elegy is not a love story. It’s the sound of surviving one.

This set moves through the wreckage of betrayal, the tentative hope of connection, and the sharp reminder that healing doesn’t always follow a straight line. Some of these songs are rooted in the pain of what I lost. Others are about the honest (but sometimes premature) efforts to feel again. Together, they trace the loop of grief, resilience, and the slow work of reclaiming trust in myself.

The final stretch isn’t about closure, it’s about integration. “That’s the Way It Is” was my first favorite song as a child. I wore out the cassette asking my mom to play it every day after preschool. Ending here is a message to that version of me: you’ll be okay.

And then, one last turn: “Loveline” by 2 Together. The emotional heartbeat that once bookended Neon Nostalgia returns, not to reopen the past, but to honor it. To say: I made it through. I’m still here. I still believe in love, just not at the cost of myself.

This is the elegy. And I danced through it.

 First off semi-retired, I sang years ago. Today, I sing and remix, edit, produce mainly for the love of the art and charity endeavors.
I try to re-imagine music working from every genre. Retired Nurse/M.A. (early years) Singing started by accident during charity work as a teenager as a nurse. As I got more proficient in the arts, my interest got more experimental on the remix/studio edit side of things. I performed under many names through the years.
To many Projects from the 1980s to today to mention. Loved being behind the scenes. Today's projects consist of fans requested underground world club exclusives. Focused on Alt Punk Dance & EDM, Latin, Club, IndieDance, New WAVE, italo house, deep house vocal styling covers and bridging all eras of music. Lucky to be able sing with producers and singers who love the art.
 All are covers produced, edited, and cover vocal work by MR eLIAS (TheEliasRework).
 All done in SUPPORT of THE ORIGINAL ARTISTS.
