"Follados por corruptos" es un instrumental de reggaetón club con un ritmo sucio, insistente, que imita el sonido del colchón durante el sexo. Pero aquí no hay amor, ni deseo mutuo: hay abuso de poder.

Esta pista es una metáfora cruda del dominio de las élites corruptas sobre el pueblo. Ellos están arriba, en control, activos, disfrutando sin vergüenza. El pueblo está abajo, pasivo, penetrado, sin voz ni defensa.

La música suena como una fiesta, pero en realidad es una escena de sumisión colectiva disfrazada de placer.
"Follados por corruptos" es una crítica sonora disfrazada de club: un baile forzado bajo el peso del sistema.
