This is a soundscape and “audio documentary” of my conversations with Sammie Veeler in preparation for the performance of Impressions, which we presented at an outdoor park show called EDEN, along with some of the latex pieces that were pressed into acrylic sheets and hung from a tree.

Autopilot is my personal music project.

Mickey van Seenus (they/them) is a Los Angeles based artist and performer. After moving to LA in 2013, Mickey found their way to dance music and the industrial sounds of the city. The rave scene, as well as the late-night/leather/BDSM community became a distinct influence both personally and artistically. Their collaboration with Delroy Edwards, 'Earth to Mickey,' led to a 2019 EP release by the name of Brace and Bit. the collaboration propelled van Seenus' entry into the electronic music scene of Los 
Angeles, and is followed by the 2021 debut EP, 'Creature Comfort.'
