THE LAW/ WHAT IS THE LAW? Pt.2 (Apostle Emmanuel A. Adjei)

Whenever we make false plans for Jesus, our own plans for salvation, we find only heartsickness. The Emmaus Road conversation in Luke 24 highlights the centrality of Jesus and the importance of abandoning our own plans about what Jesus should mean. We must believe the Bible, exchanging our plans for God's own plans. Christian nationalism and moralism sound good until we analyze the way they leave out Christ. Jesus confronted these well-meaning misperceptions on the Emmaus Road and then showed us the way we could really truly know him, through embracing his suffering and the suffering of the crosses we bear for him. Hallelujah! What a Savior!

Dudley Anderson was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. After graduating from Bible College in 1990, God opened the way for Dudley to branch out into Christian radio. As a musician and worship leader he developed a heart for Christian music, which became the main thrust of his radio work in South Africa.
