I composed this music a long time ago for my EP project, Adventus Hominis. Initially, I didn't want to include it in the first version because I felt it was too far removed from the EP's style. But ultimately, I think it fits well with the project; In the end, I find that this is perfectly suited to the introduction of my EP, because it evokes for me the Advent of Humanity, thus giving meaning to the beginning of the work in a way that is consistent with the events related in the rest of my EP. I hope you enjoy it. I chose to release an enhanced version of my EP with this new music, as well as another piece of music, renaming the project "Adventus Hominum", meaning "The advent of humans" in Latin.

Down below, sea currents carry strange sounds, intimations of alien melodies, moans and sighs, clusters like words ina dark watery tongue. 

The moon leers and seems to smile.

I composed this music to evoke the wonders the world can offer humanity, but also the sadness and suffering it can bring. For me, this music also tells the story of how human beings have reacted to these emotions throughout history, right up to the present day; it generally reflects the beliefs and philosophical reflections that have arisen from them. The meaning of this music can also be interpreted personally by each listener; it is also meant to evoke emotions, feelings, and personal events related to the music's overall theme—the wonders and suffering the world can bring. I'm a guitarist, a composer and a digital artist. Open your mind, my music tells stories.

Valhjim is a music composer with an eclectic approach to different genres: rock, pop, folk, New Age, and experimental electronic music. Greatly driven by imagination and poetic imagery, he combines multiple instrumental textures to fire the imagination of his listeners. 

His more experimental ambience and electronic music is built with layers of suggestive sound textures, rhythms, and melodic lines that stir the imagination into suggestive imagery and worlds unseen, true architectures of sound that open up limitless spaces to explore. Often Valhjim's melodies sail through genre thresholds, crossing over from one genre to another, from neo classcal to electronic, or from jazz to rock or new age.
