I'm apparently not allowed to turn off "attribution" for the license, but to be clear, this is a monstrosity and you can do whatever with it. 

Basically, the process of creating this was using sections of a couple files as audio instead of their original format, and then a lot of editing. It's... experimental... or perhaps terrible.
