The Colossus Rescore track was inspired by the trailer's narrative, which guided the creation of the composition's mood, contrasts, and depth. Built on the D Harmonic Minor scale, the score aims to evoke the desired atmosphere—at least that’s the intent behind its design.

NOTE: This year's "Envision the Notes" task was from the script of a film that falls under the Psychological Thriller and Supernatural Horror genres—two-in-one. “The Wastelands”, written by the Icelandic auteur Erlingur Thoroddsen is a film that operates in many ways like a haunted house story, except there are no ghosts and no houses. In this film, nature is haunted by a figure that Icelanders call “The Hidden Woman.” Not a spirit, yet not entirely human either, she exists in between. The chosen scene, regardless of what happens up to that point, sets the tone, and whatever follows can only be characterized as a gradual “all hell is about to break loose.” This was the composer’s moment to shine with something distinct and fitting that could become the foundation of the entire score.

I started playing piano at the age of 6, and by 12 I was already improvising. At 18, I began composing and bought my first synthesizer, which led me into electronic ambient and experimental music. Around the same time, I took up the violin and began exploring folk traditions, classical music, and jazz.
The sounds I share here come from silence and intuition — spaces to breathe, to drift, to listen without urgency.

I'm a composer and sound artist. My main interests as a musician are film scoring, video game music and original composition.
My original work has been oriented towards three major areas: progressive metal/rock, contemporary jazz and modal "classical" music.

Since his early teens he has devoted himself to composition and electronic music. In the same period he began his classical guitar studies and was admitted to the conservatory, studies which he continued privately. After classical studies, he devoted himself to composing original songs and soundtracks. Attracted by jazz, he continues his educational path by studying harmony and improvisation.
