Vic Verchereau welcomes Mark Sauter, who is Founder and President of GTP Associates, Inc.

In 2002, after a 22-year career with Dow Corning Corporation (Midland, MI), Mark established GTP Associates, Inc., Growth Through People, which helps organizations simultaneously improve performance, people, leadership, and cultural vitality. Mark has authored two books, available on Amazon.com: Bringing Meaning into Monday: A Sustainable Approach to Bottom Line Success (2009) and Finding Meaning in a Teeter Totter World (2013).

Mark works closely with the Great Lakes Bay Region’s Conscious Capitalism movement, helping organizations put concepts into practice. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior (1980), earning degrees in Information Systems, Business Management and Chemistry.

Weak is the moment strength meets surrender, when you realize the strongest kind of love is the one that lets you rest. Written July 8, 2025, it’s the soulful confession from someone who's always carried the weight—but now, they meet someone who invites them to lay it down.

“Separate Days” is a song I wrote about hoping to be reunited. This full band revisited version was produced/mixed by Dan Konopka, founding member of “OK Go", the Grammy Award winning band, with additional production by NIMA Award winning artist Chris Love.
