NEEDLESS TO SAY WE RESCUED EACH OTHER FROM OUR ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND LIVED HAPPILY FOR YEARS. I HAVE SINCE LOST CONTACT WITH HER, AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW TO THIS DAY THAT SHE SAVED MY LIFE! I WROTE THIS SONG ON THE DRIVE UP TO SEE HER FOR THE FIRST TIME (I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO CANADA) AND EVEN RECORDED THE VOCALS ON MY PHONE IN THE CAR RIDE UP THERE. THIS SONG MEANS THE WORLD TO ME AS IT SYMBOLIZES MY SURVIVAL FROM SUICIDE. I AM SULKYTHREAD, AND I AM A SUICIDE SURVIVOR.
