Foxcast009 - Nein Nein Nein Whiteout

Our latest Foxcast comes from freshly formed trio Le Yora. The Berlin-based group bring their blend of afro-house and melodic house for their Cityfox debut this Halloween.

SOMMA, JEWELS, & YUMA formed LE YORA in 2021 as a multi-platform creative endeavor that encompasses their love for streetwear, luxury fashion, graphic art, & music, with the primary focus being on themselves: a DJ / Producer collective. The boys need for absolute artistic authority mixed with the resolute commitment of constantly creating music is what this platform enables them to accomplish: continuous unbounded experimentation.

“LE YORA is a world we’re building that allows us to express ourselves with no boundaries. Everything you see on this brand, whether it’s the music, the artworks, the clothes - it’s all designed by us and us only. German duo andhim serve up our next Foxcast ahead of their performance during this year's Cityfox Halloween.

andhim are a DJ and producer duo founded by Simon Haehnel & Tobias Müller. Since their start in 2010, they have published numerous songs and remixes and worked with artists such as Diplo, Rüfüs du Sol or Theophilus London on an internationally successful level.

With residencies in New York, Los Angeles, London and Berlin, they are among the most successful DJ duos in the scene. Over the last decade, andhim have manifested their signature sound without any boundaries in expressing themselves on a creative level. They have cultivated an exceptionally loyal fan base of musical lovers all over the world.

andhim founded their own label Superfriends Records in 2016 which captures a refined and contagiously unique electronic sound. It is an outlet for the duo’s most ambitious ideas. Among others, Artists like Roman Flügel or Acid Pauli released on the label.

Back in the late 90s, he discovered his love for hip hop vinyl and for a couple of years now, this love has grown into a keen appreciation of all kinds of electronic music. Si￼nce this field covers all sorts of styles of music, its hard to put your finger on exactly what he likes. But he definitely enjoys a bit of House, some Deep House, a dash of Disco, a lot of Techno and definitely some Downtempo as well. His sets are bustling with love and passion for an invigorating and catchy beat, so make sure you check out his tunes - you’re in for a treat!
