Here is my dj set from last week at the Sold Out MEGARAVE "Energiehal Reunion" in Rotterdam. What a Rave !!! The vibe was amazing during the whole night in all rooms. This was proper Hardcore like back in the days. I dropped a set from 150 to 180 bpm with new tracks and old Rotterdam classics ... all with the right Early sound. Had great reactions on it. My new party concept that bridge the gaps between House, Trance,Techno, Rave and beyond that flows through genres and invites guest Dj's .. that have the skills and knowledge for unique allnight morning sessions ...... Taking you back to the time of clubbing where the dj's played long marathon sessions dropping various styles of dance music.  For this first edition i invited PETE HOWL .. a local hero from the Ghent scene and around what resulted in a 10 hour set !! We dropped a fine selection of house, disco, classics, acidhouse, techno, trance, acid, psytrance, rave, hardtechno and beyond building the bpm and vibe slowly up from 120 to 155. Taking all ravers on a musical journey with a full dancefloor from start till end. Absolute a Bonkers night and one of my highlights in 2023 ! Here is the full recording from start till almost the end ...... a full 8,5 hour of dance floor jems .... ENJOY !!!

My set from the great Multigroove Festival last weekend in Holland re-uniting all party people / ravers from the last decades party's at the legendary Hemkade ... I played inside in the HouseQlassics room so i went back in time and slowed it down to start with the real classics ... and worked it up to higher sounds and faster oldschool beats. Had so much fun dropping the set and later hanging out with the crowd. PARTY / RAVE of the year so far for me ..... The sound recording is a little bit shady but you get the idea and vibe what was going on ... ENJOY !!!

Biographie :

There are few words that are sufficient to describe Franky Jones. He has been around 
for over almost three decades, spreading his message of love the last 32 years through his beats.  Fast, slow, trippy, funky, mental, groovy and melodiues all with relentless passion. His broad musical taste ranges from disco to new wave and new beat in the early '80s to hiphop, house, techno and beyond !!!  Getting his inspiration from artists like Prince, Depeche Mode, Run DMC, The Beastie Boys and Kraftwerk, Dr Jones guides you to the outer edges of the musical universe.  He has played at some of 
the most legendary Raves like MAYDAY, LOVE PARADE, I LOVE TECHNO, TOMORROWLAND, 
HOUSE TORHOUT, INNER CITY and TECHNO 2000.  Franky is one of Belgium's most acknowledged artists, a true Pioneer !!!  
Franky was also one of the driving forces behind the illustrious Bonzai label, wich helped shape 
the face of the Belgian dance culture and beyond. His biggest production monster "THE FIRST REBIRTH" is still standing the test of time after 24 years and being played every weekend around the world !!!  He is also famous for delivering high quality dj sets in all kinds of music.  If you're wondering what that sounds like, go visit him somewhere on the planet doing his shit he likes .... Some of the biggest DJ names in the world hail from Belgium, producing music that has taken us to the furthest corners of house & techno music. Gijs Cox is a good example of what the small country brings to the world stage. A DJ/Producer who is able to merge various genres and combine them into a driving collection of beats and catchy grooves.

He was already on the line-up with world famous artists such as; Snoop Dogg, Sean Paul, Charlotte De Witte, Nina Kraviz, Kölsch, Camelphat, Goose, Soulwax, Boys Noize, Fred Again..., Joyhauser, Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Joris Voorn, ... His ability to create that indefinable magic dropping in a set helps it stand out from the crowd. 
From the influences of rock and urban to commercial and 90s/00s straight to house & techno and beyond... His journey is one that transcends boundaries and builds the party atmosphere for all audiences.

In 2021 & 2022, Gijs Cox entered the scene as a producer and it was a huge success! He launched a huge release schedule with songs like 'IDLY', 'By My Side', 'Higher', 'Boom', ... Immediately he was asked to play the opening set at the famous Belgian festival; 'Pukkelpop' (as you can see here; https://youtu.be/vag_zZbOQtU) where he gave the 'Boiler Room' crowd an unforgettable opening set! After only 15 minutes everyone started screaming and singing and the party really started! Briefly; this was one to never forget! In recent years, his DJ gigs have taken him to almost every corner of Belgium, from Hasselt to Tongeren, from Diepenbeek to Bocholt to Roeselare, Lier, Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, ... There are few places where you haven't seen him yet ! From gigs in famous clubs like; La Rocca, Versuz, Groovy Tunes to gigs on radio stations like Topradio & many others! In recent years, this guy has certainly proven that he deserves to be one of the bigger Belgian DJs! In 2023, he will once again rock the Techno Scene with another extensive release schedule with tracks like 'CU', 'Squeeze', 'Clouds' & 'Vortex' and his latest tracks 'Morning Light' & 'Dust'. With these Festival-inspired anthems that pump like no other, he's about to rock the Belgian club scene once again.
