They’ve been on a steady roll since, recently releasing their 6th studio album The Human Fear available through the Domino Recording Company.

I was a founder member of the Karmatosed Sound System that ran a legendary night called Decompression around Hertfordshire and London in the 1990’s. I played out mostly techno but also Jungle / D&B, breaks and chill out stuff. I started making beats with a best mate on a knackered Atari, cubase v1.5 and some basic hardware and we released one techno / breakbeat/ proto drum and bass 12’ as Aengen which got airplay from Carl Cox and Laurent Garnier amongst others. This was probably my 15 minutes of fame and we did a number of live sets at the time in and around London and got interest from the music press at the time. After our club night burnt to the ground, literally, I moved to Leeds and did my own thing releasing a few CD’s through local record shops in Leeds. In recent times I've rediscovered DJing, mainly in Leeds but also playing at small festivals across the country. Für mich ist Klang ein Ritual. Ein Raum, in dem man zerfallen und sich neu zusammensetzen kann. Ich liebe Noise, Glitch, industrielle Kälte und die Spannung zwischen Rhythmus und Stille.

Ich remixe, aber ich spreche am stärksten durch meine eigenen Tracks – intensiv, kompromisslos. Meine Musik ist nicht für alle – und genau darum geht’s.

Ich bin Teil von Deep Matter – einem Underground-Label, das Grenzen sprengt und etwas Echtes aufbaut.
