Rebellion Wave: A Punk Uprising

Initially completely recorded Late Summer 2023 using a portable studio in Napa Valley, California, vocals alone were rerecorded July 2025 before reworking them along with the (already recorded at that point) instrumental tracks. The initial vocals were a headache to engineer to match what was envisioned, calling for a fresh (more fitting) vocal track.

Written to outlet job-related frustration and difficult thoughts, the lyrics are:

"Tragic Teen Romance" -- recorded around Summer 2023, but not finished until 7 May 2025 -- is about a guy on a chaperoned date in the woods who discovers his girlfriend is seeing someone else. While inspired by true events, the story is purely fictitious.

Living in Northern California since birth in 2002, early musical memories secretly formed in kindergarten. Recording melodies on electronics at about 9 years old, posting them began between 11-15; demo album work began at 18. A Brooklynite major label was joined at 20 before founding one within a year in San Francisco.

Qualifications include: about 20 years of practice, releasing 40+ tracks since January 2021 totaling 858K+ streams across the most-used streaming platforms globally, learning 6 instruments, working with 3 San Francisco Bay Area studios, and international networking. Alongside California, inspiration has risen in DC, Jalisco, Maryland, Nayarit, Nevada, Oregon, Virginia & Washington. Raw experimental rock plays into broad, modern tastes.

Crane played horn and sang back-up vocals with the iconic rock band “The Minuteman” from San Pedro/L.A. who opened for R.E.M. on their 1985 Tour.

He was the writer/singer/bassist of the rock group Tragicomedy who recorded the album "Homage to Nada."

He also played and recorded with Another Umbrella, The Invisible Chains, The Rub and Dick Edgemont among others.
