“The Vessel You Wear” is a high-voltage fusion of garage rock grit and hip-hop swagger, celebrating the human body as a divine, self-moving miracle. Riven Waters turns reverence into rhythm, mixing fuzzy mono guitars, chopped breakbeats, Moog bass, and call-and-response vocals into a kinetic anthem about what it means to be alive inside a body that runs on starlight and DNA. It’s a shout of gratitude to the divine design, a reminder that the miracle of being human isn’t something to understand, it’s something to dance to.

"Lose Control" is a confessional journey set to a modern blue-eyed soul and funk groove. The track is built on a foundation of warm, vintage production, featuring the signature Leslie swirl of a Hammond B3 organ, a tight and melodic funk bassline, and clean, soulful blues guitar fills that punctuate the emotional narrative.

The song tells the story of a man's delayed realization, confronting a past where he failed to acknowledge the love in front of him. It moves from a place of intimate, whispered regret to a powerful, cathartic admission. The vocal performance is designed to mirror this arc, starting with the warm, conversational velvet of my baritone range and building seamlessly to a raw, silken belt at the emotional peak. 

The rich, layered harmonies create a "choir-like" texture, amplifying the weight of the chorus. Lyrically, it's about being cornered by the truth—the moment you finally hear what someone has been trying to tell you all along and realize there are no more escapes, no more exits from the responsibility of that truth.

Já me disseram que pensar não dava dinheiro... Ficar calado também não. Então, eu resolvi cantar. Quem canta os males espanta — como diria minha mãe. Quem canta, liberta. E esse álbum é o meu recomeço, sabe? É como se eu tivesse voltado pra casa depois de uma longa jornada. "Se eu soubesse que pensar dava dinheiro" é aquele grito que estava entalado na minha garganta por anos — um grito contra as pressões do dia a dia, contra a realidade sufocante de ser brasileiro, contra a visão de que pensar, sonhar, criar, não tem valor. Pra mim, é um espelho das minhas lutas como jovem, a soma das incertezas que já senti, e da busca por ser quem eu sou, sem me dobrar ao que o mundo espera.

E essa realidade não é só minha, me fala quem nunca sentiu o peso das contas chegando, a pressão de ter que "dar certo", ou o olhar do tempo te julgando todos os dias? Quem nunca quis ser diferente, mas ouviu que isso é perigoso? Esse álbum é para todo brasileiro que acorda cedo para mais uma batalha pelo feijão de todo dia e que mesmo em meio as adversidades, nunca para de sonhar! Aquele que tá sempre nadando contra a corrente, remando contra a maré, sem perder a fé no valor do pensar e no poder transformador das suas ideias!
