Once More Down The Rabbit Hole

Everyone is different. That’s what makes us unique, and we shouldn’t strive to be the same. “Marilynn” is my song that celebrates the differences in people and admiration we have for each other.

In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, I became more active on social media. I’d just finished 8th grade. School was out, and I hadn’t seen my friends for quite some time. It was lonely and boring. So I picked up a pencil and started writing my first-ever song. 

“Marilynn” was inspired by an array of pictures that my girlfriends were posting (girls that are friends not girlfriends). :) 

Some were riding skateboards, some had new piercings, and all were taking advantage of the free time of summer. I took a combination of those traits and created a chill love song. In my head, “Marilynn” is the coolest girl in the world! She’s pretty, fashionable, and she’s got a bit of an edge to her. I instantly fell in love with her!
Earlier in 2020, Conan Gray came out with a song called“Heather.” It was a cool song, and lots of my friends love it! I mention “Heather” in my song, but to me, “Marilynn” is the ultimate Heather and so much more. She’s different! She knows it and she’s proud of it!
My new song comes out on February 4, and I hope you love it as much as I do. And I hope you share it with someone you think is unique and special too. 
In summer 2020, I also started to work with David Samuel and Soulcraft Records. To me, it was a match made in heaven! David was able to harness my strengths and expand my knowledge of musical artistry. With his help, “Marilynn” experimented with several transformations and eventually became what it is today. David’s imaginative approach is just what it needed, and it was what I needed. His vision created a melodic vibe that captured the emotion I wanted listeners to feel. David has been a great teacher and mentor. We are currently working on a couple of other projects, coming soon.

The life of an artist - in any genre - is characterized by stages of intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth. Creative endeavors of the past are superseded by new developments, influences and experiences. Without this growth the artist stagnates and succumbs to creative death. Risks are a necessary contribution to the creative journey. Moving away from routine and comfortable predictability are often the trademarks of artistic innovation.



Francis Bartholomew Rabbitte, the son of a grifter (mother) and a gambler (father) from NOLA, and River "Bunny" Rabbitte, born in France, an army brat, raised by an elderly au pair who taught her to "see beyond the veil," are the heart and soul of wht.rbbt.obj (“White Rabbit Object”), a married / #roadhouseraunch duo currently calling Chicago their home.  A careful combination of sexy vocals, overdriven guitars, and expensive lingerie, drive their sound, but it is their love and trust that are the foundation for their creations. Francis & River invite you to follow them down the rabbit hole, to peek behind the curtain, and peer through the looking glass.  

Oh, and if you happen to know "River" or "Francis" . . . They’d ask you to please keep this our little secret.
