production notes:
As I continue to learn it's almost impossible to believe that I rarely use compressors, both to tame harsh volume changes or transients, as well as to side chain against other elements. This track was to properly get me thinking about compressors, side chaining, and above all else fast production. My prior tracks have taken many months to tweak and nudge in the direction of finality, but this track is completed within weeks. The only way to learn and improve is to impose constraints! I've also set about finally dealing with sub sub bass... the bass below the fundamental which constantly causes me problems. Hopefully this has a much cleaner low end on very powerful systems!

Goa and psychedelic trance oldskool and nu cool mixes for days!

English hobbyist DJ and psytrance producer, his head in the clouds and his ears in the psychedelic back allies of the past. Decades ago jrb deejayed with tactile formats - vinyl, CD, mixing desks, now it's all done in software. Not live, non-destructive, remastered and spliced to high heaven. Earlier still jrb made music with the primitive fasttracker2 software music software for the PC, and ran music groups OnyxTrance (nxt), Blackhole (bh) as well as releasing for other internet module labels, such as Chill, Twist, and LoK. In between he released a few bootlegs (mixing vocals from one track with the backing from another track, with often hilarious results).

Some random modules or early DJ mixes from this yesteryear era may appear here from time-to-time... don't be alarmed!

Dj Frascky and Dj Lulu’, the duo behind Mystika, know each other since 2004 when they first met at psytrance parties, of course. One day, not long ago, they decided to join forces to start the Mystika project. The final goal is to make any kind of EDM with no boundaries of genres and BPM. Dj Frascky is a very popular dj of the past decade, having played in the major Italians psytrance parties; as soon as he got in touch with psytrance, he started his own music productions. Year after year, he became a top level producer very known across the world as a ghost producer, especially in the techno and house scene. He was also part of the Perceptors project, which already had many psytrance releases on various labels (Y.S.E., Digital Nature etc), before the duo split up few years ago. Dj Lulu’, is one of the pioneer female dj who started playing around Europe in 2006. Since her debut, she left her mark all around the continent and beyond, thanks to her particular attention and sophisticated music selection. She played very often in London (where she lived for several years) and the rest of Europe and world (Italy, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, UK, Hungary, Mexico etc.), delighting the dancefloors with both Psytrance/Fullon and Progressive djsets. When you listen to her djset you can "suddenly realize that time is not linear, but past, present and future exists at the same time. The now equals to eternity and our existence never ends” (SUN Festival Crew). She also released a compilation called Beams of Light in 2013, alongside few tracks with other artists. Expect Sparkling bubbles at every single release, from this eccentric duo!

Since 2016, I started experimenting with small synthesizers and grooveboxes as a sound hobby, which eventually led me to sound production on a computer. He works and signed under the label Suntrip Records,Belgium.

Afgin Started to make music around 1998,Under the name Protexologia,and few years later he started produced music under the name Afgin,his first official album was called Afgin - Old Is Gold,Released in 2006.

The album brought  back in 2006  the Old goa trance sounds to the front stages,after many years that goa style almost forgoten,that album was a symbol to the first wave of  the begining of the retro goa trance genre into the psytrance scene.

Afgin also released his old music,written before 2006,in a release called Afgin unreleased 1999 -2002,which includes 14 tracks.

Since his first official album in 2006,he released few more albums,EP's,He plays around the world,parties and festivals,outdoor,indoor,and more.
