This compilation is very special to me. It brings together several important and distinct periods and moments of my life related to music which I’m telling shortly about further). It’s about kindness and emotion, about keeping our sanity during 1000+ days of the ongoing full-scale war.

Period: Late 90s/early 2000s. Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren, Cattaneo, Pole Folder, Satoshi Tomiie, and Renaissance and Global Underground compilations worn out to the bone.

Moment: December 2016, Brave Factory—not yet the large-scale festival it is today, but a party on the two Closer club floors. Third Floor, Jane Fitz, Function One, and a mind blown to pieces by what sound can do to you.

Stage: A phase that began 4 years ago when I started collecting vinyl and playing music myself. Over these 4 years, I’ve dreamed of recording something like this. The tracklist chronology in some sense symbolizes the evolution of my personal taste—from the old classic sound to the freshly baked releases in the second half of the mix ending with a return to the classics.

A long period of my life was connected to graffiti. In fact, that’s why I’m Crem—because I used to paint (and occasionally still keeping to tag some shit 😈) under the CRE nickname. Perhaps it’s time to drop the "M" letter in music as well.

Getting back to basics and inviting you on this journey.

Lingchi (IPA: [lǐŋ.ʈʂʰɨ̌], Chinese: 凌遲) 
Usually translated "slow slicing" or "death by a thousand cuts", was a form of torture and execution used in China from around the 10th century until the early 20th century. It was also used in Vietnam and Korea. In this form of execution, a knife was used to methodically remove portions of the body over an extended period of time, eventually resulting in death. Lingchi was reserved for crimes viewed as especially heinous, such as treason. Even after the practice was outlawed, the concept itself has still appeared across many types of media.

Drawing inspiration from the multiple revelations life shares when we are open to giving and receiving from the infinite wisdom of the universe, Mandala has spent two years carefully crafting his new album.

Musical shapes shift gently into place revealing 3D sonic mandalas that echo the geometric nature of all that surrounds us. As drops in the ocean of consciousness expand and contract from a single point, mandalas are portals to deeper meanings and deeper connections, and Mandala has set his intentions to share this with the world through his music.

Big bass lines and grooves drive every song on 'Multiple Revelations', with calming atmospheres and progressions layering below funky riffs and other-worldly psychedelic leads.

Full of amazing solo work, 'Multiple Revelations' also features three amazing collaborations, with Tristan, Hypnocoustics and Braincell (as their collaboration project Undercover Babas).

Spinal Fusion, musician of Indian origin, sound engineer, started to produce music at the age of seventeen. Always had an ear for music and sounds since the age of 10 which literally excited him! But it wasn’t until he really started experimenting in 2008 and feeling the psychedelic atmosphere that he discovered he wanted to share and entertain the people with.
It was in 2012, in a wake of giving a platform to release his creation, the idea of Profound Records was formulated with the help his partner Radhika Bhanot .Since then Profound Records has not only given him the freedom that he needed but also has been supporting the upcoming generations of talented musicians and DJ's along with the prominent names in a profoundly way.
 
From these humble beginning, Profound Records has been able to establish his name among the prominent international record labels  with an increasing number of followers & a solid reputation which was also marked by #37 position in 2014 by Beatport tracker on Top PsyTrance Labels list.

Hypnocoustics is the solo Psychedelic Trance project of UK based artist Joe Studt. Originally formed in 2009, Joe has released over 70 tracks across three albums, numerous EPs and singles, and performed live to some of the biggest and best dance floors on the global Psytrance scene including bookings with Glastonbury, Boom Festival, Universo Paralello, O.Z.O.R.A, Tribe and Noisily Festival in the UK. He has also become a season fixture at the beach parties of Goa over the last ten years.

Hypnocoustics has collaborated with luminaries of the Psychedelic Trance scene including Cosmosis, Space Tribe, Dick Trevor, Dino Psaras and Hujaboy, along with further hit tracks with some of the key producers of the next generation such as Mandala, James West, Brainiac and Outsiders. A prolific collaborator, he has a further project "Flying Sorcerers" with Aphid Moon. 

Joe brings a unique touch to all his music and an accomplished ear honed through a background of classical music performance and orchestral playing. He comes from a family of classically trained musicians, started learning the Violin at age 4, won a music scholarship in 1997 at age 13, and completed his undergraduate Music degree specialising in performance in 2005. However it was lysergic exposure to classic Goa Trance albums whilst at School, along with his love of psychedelic rock bands like Tool & The Mars Volta, that tuned him into the alternative frequencies offered by these new forms of music. 

Originally born in London, in 2019 Joe moved to rural Somerset where he runs his studio just outside a reputedly haunted 16th Century village. It has been in this atmosphere that his most recent Psytrance productions have been written, pushing boundaries with eclectic references to some of the pioneers of 20th Century electronica, live Violin FX, and a stylistic versatility between day/night moods. 

Signing with UK/ SA label Nano Records in 2020, Hypnocoustics has a genuine passion for the global psychedelic movement, and is considered to be one of the UK's brightest and most talented Psytrance artists.

Jimi Green is the Psytrance project of Jonas Kalkreuth from Germany. Throughout his life music has been a loyal companion either by playing multiple instruments, being surrounded by musicians, or listening as much as possible, always being eager to find new inspiring musical ideas. Once he discovered psychedelic trance, he knew the possibilities of musical expression would be endless. After years of experimentation, trial and error he found his own unique interpretation of psychedelic music. Over the years he released tremendous amounts of tunes with his two-man project Duke & Gonzo. After years of composing music together, he felt it was time to explore the realm of psychedelic music on his own and see what will happen once he got down the rabbit hole. Heavy influenced by all kinds of music this project is driven by funky psychedelic soundscapes, groovy basslines, and hard-hitting drums, creating a unique sonic experience which will definitely get your feet moving!
